Description
Claims (13)
- 底部および側壁部を有する拡散防止型密閉樹脂容器を製造する方法において、
a)平面状の拡散防止型密閉フイルム材を提供するステップと、
b)前記樹脂容器の底部に対応する底部および該底部から延在する該樹脂容器の側壁部に対応する少なくとも1つの側タブ(side tab)を有するラベルを前記フイルム材料から切り抜くステップと、
c)前記樹脂容器の外面に合わせて前記ラベルを予備成形し、その際に深絞りのような方法により該ラベルを前記樹脂容器の外面の部分に合わせるように引き伸ばしてラベルに三次元の湾曲を形成することを含み、これにより重なり領域(overlapping area)が形成されるステップと、
d)前記フイルム材の該重なり領域をシールし、その結果前記ラベルがフイルム材から成る立体(film material body)の形態に形成されるステップと、
e)製造される前記樹脂領域の外面に対応する内面を有する型内に前記予備成形されかつシールされたラベルを配置するステップと、
f)前記型を閉じ、したがってその厚さが前記樹脂容器の厚さに対応する型穴(mold cavity)を形成するステップと、
g)前記型穴に樹脂材料を射出して前記樹脂容器を製造し、これにより、前記ラベルが前記樹脂材料に一体として接着され該樹脂容器の外面を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記射出される樹脂材料により、前記型内において深絞りのような方法により前記ラベルが少なくとも部分的に変形され、これにより、前記樹脂容器の外面に従った3次元の湾曲が前記ラベルに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ラベルが複数の側タブを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ラベルが、前記容器の角部において引き伸ばされて三次元の湾曲を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記角部が丸められていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂容器に周辺シーリングエッジが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シーリングエッジに、縁部樹脂ビードが付与されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 拡散防止型密閉樹脂容器の製造において使用されるラベルであって、前記容器の底部に対応する底部および該容器の側壁部に対応する少なくとも1つの側タブ(side tab)を有する平面状の拡散防止型密閉フイルム材から、前記容器の外面に合わせて予備成形され、該フイルム材はそこにおいてシールされた重なり領域を有し、前記樹脂容器の外面の部分に該ラベルを合わせるように引き伸ばされそして三次元の湾曲が形成されていることを特徴とするラベル。
- 複数の側タブを有することを特徴とする請求項8記載のラベル。
- 深絞りのような方法により変形された丸められた角部を有することを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のラベル。
- 前記フイルム材が、目的の用途に応じたバリア特性(barrier property)を有することを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項記載のラベル。
- 前記フイルム材が、金属または樹脂フイルムまたは合成材料であることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項記載のラベル。
- 前記フイルム材が、SiOxまたはEVOHコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項8から12のいずれか1項記載のラベル。
