Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE DE PLáSTICO à PROVA DE DIFUSãO". Um método de fabricar um recipiente de plástico à prova de difusão com uma porção de fundo e uma porção de parede lateral, compreendendo as etapas de: a) prover um material de filme à prova de difusão plano, b) recortar um rótulo do material de filme, o rótulo tendo uma porção de fundo correspondendo à porção de fundo do recipiente de plástico e pelo menos uma aba lateral se estendendo desta, correspondendo à porção da parede lateral do recipiente de plástico, c) pré-moldar o rótulo de acordo com uma superfície externa do recipiente de plástico, deste modo formando áreas de sobreposição, d) vedar o material de filme nas áreas de sobreposição, como resultado de que o rótulo seja moldado na forma de um corpo de material de filme, e) colocar o rótulo em um molde tendo uma superfície interna correspondendo à superfície externa do recipiente de plástico a ser fabricado, f) fechar o molde, deste modo formando uma cavidade de molde, cuja espessura corresponda à espessura do recipiente de plástico, e g) injetar plástico na cavidade do molde e fabricar o recipiente de plástico, no qual o rótulo seja integralmente aglutinado ao material plástico e forme a superfície externa do recipiente plástico.
