Description
また、本発明は、それぞれが流体を噴射する変位可能アセンブリを備える複数の流体滴発生器と、個々の前記流体滴発生器に近接して電流を供給し、それによって、前記流体滴発生器から流体を噴射させるように構成される電子ビーム発生アセンブリと、を備えている。
さらに、本発明は、少なくとも1つの変位ユニットと、流体が選択的に噴射される際に通ることが可能な、関連するノズルとを備える流体アセンブリと、電子ビームを変調して導き、それによって、関連する前記ノズルから流体滴を噴射させるのに十分であり、個々の前記変位ユニットを駆動するように構成される少なくとも1つの電子ビーム発生アセンブリと、を備えている。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの変位ユニットと動作的に関連する少なくとも1つのノズルであって、前記少なくとも1つの変位ユニットは、前記ノズルに関連する流体に対して力学的エネルギーを与え、それによって、前記ノズルから流体滴を噴射させるように構成されたノズルと、
エネルギーを供給し、それによって、前記流体滴の噴射を制御するように前記変位ユニットを選択的に動作させるように構成されたブラウン管と、
を備えている流体噴射装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの変位ユニットは、固定されたアセンブリおよび変位可能アセンブリを備え、該変位可能アセンブリは、前記固定されたアセンブリに対して移動し、それによって、前記流体に対して前記力学的エネルギーを与えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記変位ユニットは複数備え、前記ノズルに関連する複数の別個に制御可能な変位ユニットを備えている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記ノズルと前記変位ユニットはそれぞれ複数備え、前記変位ユニットは、前記ノズルと等しい数の複数の変位ユニットから構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- それぞれが流体を噴射する変位可能アセンブリを備える複数の流体滴発生器と、
個々の前記流体滴発生器に近接して電流を供給し、それによって、前記流体滴発生器から流体を噴射させるように構成される電子ビーム発生アセンブリと、
を備えている流体噴射装置。 - 前記変位可能アセンブリは非変位状態および変位状態を有するように構成され、前記電子ビーム発生アセンブリから前記変位可能アセンブリに近接してエネルギーを供給することによって、前記変位可能アセンブリが前記変位状態を有するようにしている、請求項5に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記変位可能アセンブリは、前記電子ビーム発生アセンブリから前記変位可能アセンブリに近接してエネルギーを供給することを中止することによって、前記変位可能アセンブリが、該変位可能アセンブリに近接する流体に対して力学的エネルギーを与える前記非変位状態を有するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの変位ユニットと、流体が選択的に噴射される際に通ることが可能な、関連するノズルとを備える流体アセンブリと、
電子ビームを変調して導き、それによって、関連する前記ノズルから流体滴を噴射させるのに十分であり、個々の前記変位ユニットを駆動するように構成される少なくとも1つの電子ビーム発生アセンブリと、
を備えている流体噴射装置。 - 前記電子ビーム発生アセンブリは、前記電子ビームを導くように構成される偏向機構を備えている、請求項8に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記電子ビーム発生アセンブリは、前記電子ビームを変調する手段として、該電子ビームの電流を制御するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の流体噴射装置。
