Description
駆動モータ1は、遊星歯車装置4の内側親歯車3が付設された駆動軸2を駆動する。外側親歯車5はディスクホルダ6に結合されている。遊星歯車キャリヤ7は遊星歯車装置4の出力部を形成し、駆動装置の出力部(図示せず)に結合されている。ディスクホルダ6には、第1切換装置9の内側ディスク8が結合されている。第2切換装置11の外側ディスク10はディスクホルダ6に結合されている。第2切換装置11の内側ディスク12は駆動軸2に結合されている。
空間20に圧力が供給されることによって、第1走行レンジが入れられる。従って、ピストン15はばね16のばね力および空間20内の圧力によって動かされ、これによって、第1切換装置9は係合状態に作動される。図1に示されているように、第1切換装置9および第2切換装置11に、遊星歯車装置4が結合されている。空間20が無圧にされ、空間14に圧力が供給されることによって、第2走行レンジが入れられる。これによって、ピストン21はばね22のばね力によって動かされ、第2切換装置11を係合状態に作動し、ピストン15はばね16のばね力に抗して移動し、第1切換装置9を解除状態に作動する。
接続口27を介して、圧力媒体、例えばグリースガンからのグリースあるいは圧力媒体源からの油が、空間28に注入される。空間28内に許容できない高圧が生じないようにするために、空間28に圧力制限弁33が接続されている。所定の圧力レベル以上においては、その圧力制限弁33によって、ハウジング18における開口34を介して、圧力媒体が放出される。これによって、第1切換装置9および第2切換装置11の完全な解除が、開口34からの圧力媒体の流出によって、外側から認識できることが保証される。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの第1切換装置(9)と、第2切換装置(11)と、第1の両切換装置(9)および第2の切換装置(11)を同時に解除するための装置(26)とを備え、第1の両切換装置(9)および第2の切換装置(11)においてそれぞれ、クラッチがばね力によって係合状態に作動されるとともに液圧によって解除状態に作動され、第1の両切換装置(9)および第2の切換装置(11)のクラッチが同時に係合状態に作動された場合、出力部(7)が駐車ブレーキのように回転止めされる駆動装置において、第1の両切換装置(9)および第2の切換装置(11)を同時に解除するための装置(26)が、圧力の供給されるピストン(25)を有し、双方のクラッチが同時に係合状態に作動されている場合、前記ピストン(25)が、圧力が供給された状態で両クラッチを解除状態に作動させ、
第1切換装置(9)のクラッチがピストン(15)を有し、このピストン(15)内に伝達要素(31)が配置され、この伝達要素(31)を介して、前記装置(26)のピストン(25)の動きが、第2切換装置(11)のピストン(21)に伝達される、ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記装置(26)を作動するための圧力が、圧力媒体源によって発生される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記装置(26)が、ピストン(25)に供給される圧力を制限するための手段(33)を有し、これにより余剰圧力が駆動装置の表面(34)に導かれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 第1切換装置(9)にピストン(15)が配置され、このピストン(15)が、第2切換装置(11)のピストン(21)に対して同軸的に、且つ前記装置(26)のピストン(26)に対して同軸的に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 第1切換装置(9)のピストン(15)が、第2切換装置(11)のピストン(21)に対するシリンダを形成し、前記装置(26)のピストン(25)が、第1切換装置(9)のシリンダの一部を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の駆動装置。
- 前記装置(26)のピストン(25)が、第2切換装置(11)のピストン(21)に対して、専らばね力が作用する程度にしか移動できないようになっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記装置(26)の作動時に、ピストン(15)およびピストン(21)が連結接続を介して動かされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置。
