Claims (7)
- 固定されたハウジング(1)を含む、工作機械の刃物のための、遊星型の歯車列を備えた変速歯車ボックスであって、
前記ハウジングが、
中央の入力歯車を支持し且つ主軸線(X)回りで回転する入力軸(2)と、
該入力軸と同軸である出力軸(4)と、
前記入力軸と同軸である中央の出力歯車と、
前記中央の入力歯車および前記中央の出力歯車と噛み合う衛星歯車部(3)と、
噛み合いクラッチ装置(9、10)であって、前記出力軸(4)が前記中央の入力歯車(5)に直接連結される第1の噛み合いクラッチ連結位置と、前記出力軸(4)が前記中央の出力歯車(8)に連結される第2の噛み合いクラッチ連結位置との間を前記主軸線(X)に沿って移動可能であり、これにより前記入力軸(2)と前記出力軸(4)との間の減速比を生み出す噛み合いクラッチ装置(9、10)とを具備する、変速歯車ボックスにおいて、
前記噛み合いクラッチ装置が、二組の噛み合いクラッチ(9a、9b)が設けられた歯車群(9)と、軸線方向に該歯車群(9)に結合され且つ前記ハウジング(1)と一体の固定シリンダーの本体(1a)内に摺動可能に設置された筒状ピストン(11)とを含み、前記ピストンが、相互に密閉状態に隔離され且つ可変容量を有する二つの環状チャンバ(17、18)を画成し、該チャンバが加圧流体源および排出路に選択的に接続されることを特徴とする、変速歯車ボックス。 - 各対の近接する継手間に溝(21、22)が設けられうるように、前記二つのチャンバ(17、18)が互いに軸線方向に離間された少なくとも三つの一連の環状継手(16a、16b、16c)によって隔離される、請求項1に記載の変速歯車ボックス。
- 前記筒状ピストン(11)が分流路(23)を含み、該分流路(23)が、前記チャンバ(17、18)のうち加圧されたチャンバと、前記ピストン(11)が噛み合いクラッチのいずれかの連結状態にあるときに前記チャンバに最も近い前記溝(21、22)との間の接続路を構成する、請求項2に記載の変速歯車ボックス。
- 前記分流路が、前記筒状ピストン(11)の外表面に設けられるくぼんだ凹部である、請求項3に記載の変速歯車ボックス。
- 各溝(21、22)が該溝の加圧状態の検出器に接続され、該検出器が前記変速歯車ボックスの噛み合いクラッチの連結状態の制御を構成する、請求項3に記載の変速歯車ボックス。
- 前記シリンダーの本体の各端部に配置され且つばねにより押圧されるボールによって形成される弾性キャッチ(28、30)を含み、前記筒状ピストン(11)の各端部が、該ピストン(11)がいずれかのロック状態にあるときに関連する前記ボールを収容するための溝(29、31)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の変速ボックス。
- 前記環状チャンバ(17、18)が、前記ピストンの外表面に設けられた深さ約1mmの溝(15)によって形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の変速歯車ボックス。
