Claims (5)
- 商用交流電源を整流した直流電圧を入力して駆動信号により所定の周波数で零電圧スイッチングして負荷に電力を提供する共振型コンバーターを具備した共振型電源供給装置において、
前記共振型コンバーターから帰還信号を流入して帰還信号基準電圧と比較してエラーを増幅して制御電流に変換する帰還制御部と、
前記帰還制御部から流入される電流により三角波の発生周波数を調節し三角波基準電圧と比べて駆動信号を出力する主制御部と、
前記共振型コンバーターから帰還信号を流入してヒステリシス特性を有するヒステリシス基準電圧と比べて無負荷状態を感知し無負荷の際には駆動信号を遮断する無負荷感知器とを具備したことを特徴とする共振型コンバーターの零電圧スイッチング制御装置。 - 前記共振型コンバーターは前記直流電源の正の極性側に連結され前記駆動信号に応じて零電圧でスイッチングする第1スイッチング手段と、前記直流電源の負の極性と前記第1スイッチング手段に連結され前記駆動信号に応じて零電圧でスイッチングする第2スイッチング手段と、前記零電圧スイッチング制御装置に1次巻線が連結され3つの2次巻線は前記第1スイッチング手段と前記第2スイッチング手段と前記負荷にそれぞれ連結される制御トランスフォーマと、前記制御トランスフォーマに連結される直列共振回路と、前記直列共振回路から供給される電力を整流して負荷に電源を供給する電力伝達部と、を具備することを特徴とする請求項1項記載の共振型コンバーターの零電圧スイッチング制御装置。
- 前記帰還制御部は、前記共振型コンバーターからインピーダンスを通じて帰還信号を入力して帰還信号基準電圧と比較するエラー増幅器と、前記エラー増幅器の出力を入力して制御電流を出力する電流可変器を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1項記載の共振型コンバーターの零電圧スイッチング制御装置。
- 前記無負荷感知器は、ヒステリシス特性を有するヒステリシス基準電圧を発生するヒステリシス電圧発生器と前記帰還信号を入力して前記ヒステリシス電圧発生器の出力と比較して無負荷状態を検出するヒステリシス比較器とを具備したことを特徴とする請求項1項記載の共振型コンバーターの零電圧スイッチング制御装置。
- 前記主制御部は、前記負荷に電源を印加する初期に発振周波数を高くして電流を低くし前記負荷を保護するようにするソフトスタート回路と、前記ソフトスタート回路の出力と前記電流可変器の出力を入力して三角波信号を発生する三角波発生器と、第1三角波基準電圧と第2三角波基準電圧を発生する基準電圧発生器と、前記三角波発生器の出力と前記第1三角波基準電圧を比較する第1比較器と、前記三角波発生器の出力と前記第2三角波基準電圧を比較する第2比較器と、前記第1比較器の出力を駆動して出力する第1制御出力端と、前記第2比較器の出力を駆動して出力する第2制御出力端と、を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1項記載の共振型コンバーターの零電圧スイッチング制御装置。
