Description
図4は、本発明の実施形態による符号分割多重接続移動通信システムの送信器を示すブロック図である。図4を参照すると、前記送信器は、CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check)追加部(Adder)210、チャネル符号化器(Channel Encoder)220、レートマッチング部(Rate Controller)230、インターリーバ(Interleaver)240、ビット反転器(Bit Inverter)250、反転制御器(Inversion Controller)255、変調器(Modulator)260、及び制御部(Controller)270から構成される。本発明の実施形態において、再伝送の時に符号化したビットを反転して、前記符号化したビットが初期伝送の時とは異なるエラー確率を有する領域にマッピングされるようにする。
図7は、図4に示す送信器に対応する本発明の実施形態による受信器のブロック図である。図7を参照すると、前記受信器は、復調部(Demodulator)410、ビット反転器(Bit Inverter)420、反転制御器(Inversion Controller)425、デインターリーバ430、接合部(Combiner)440、バッファ(Buffer)450、チャネル復号化部(Channel Decoder)460、及びCRC検査部(CRC Checker)470から構成される。
(1)データパケットを初期伝送する。
(2)前記パケットに対する1番目のNACK信号を受信すると、前記パケットのビットを反転して変調器に提供する。
(3)前記パケットに対する2番目のNACKを受信すると、ビットを反転を遂行せずに、前記パケットのビットを変調器に提供する。
(4)3番目及びその以後のNACKを受信すると、段階(1)及び(2)、段階(1)及び(3)を交互に遂行する。
(5)前述した段階でACK信号を受信すると、バッファを初期化し、新しいパケットを伝送する。
前記復調部410は、前記送信器から受信されるデータを前記送信器で使用された変調方式に対応する復調方式によって復調する。前記復調されたビットは、前記反転制御器425の制御下で、前記反転器420によって選択的に反転される。前記反転器420は、同一のパケットの毎奇数番目の再伝送の時に動作し、この動作を図10を参照して説明する。図10に示すビットは、図9に示す伝送ビットに対応する。
Claims (6)
- パケットデータストリームを符号化して符号化ビットを発生する符号化器及び前記符号化ビットを変調する変調器から構成された移動通信システムで変調シンボルを生成する方法において、
再伝送変調シンボルを生成するために、前記符号化器から出力される前記符号化ビットのすべてを反転する過程、及び
該反転された符号化ビットが、前記変調器で使用される信号コンスタレーションの第1エラー確率を有する第1領域の変調シンボルから第2エラー確率より低い第3エラー確率を有する第3領域の変調シンボルに変換され、前記第3領域の変調シンボルから前記1領域の変調シンボルに変換され、そして、前記第1エラー確率より低い前記第2エラー確率を有する第2領域の変調シンボルから前記第2領域の異なった変調シンボルに変換されるように配置された前記信号コンスタレーションを用いて前記反転された符号化ビットを変調する過程、
からなることを特徴とする方法。 - 受信器からの再伝送要請が奇数番目の再伝送要請である場合、前記符号化ビットを反転することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記変調器は、16QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation)及び64QAMの一方を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 移動通信システムでデータを伝送するための装置において、
パケットデータストリームを符号化して符号化ビットを発生する符号化器と、
再伝送変調シンボルを生成するために、前記符号化ビットのすべてを反転する変換器と、
該反転された符号化ビットが、信号コンスタレーションの第1エラー確率を有する第1領域の変調シンボルから第2エラー確率より低い第3エラー確率を有する第3領域の変調シンボルに変換され、前記第3領域の変調シンボルから前記1領域の変調シンボルに変換され、そして、前記第1エラー確率より低い前記第2エラー確率を有する第2領域の変調シンボルから前記第2領域の異なった変調シンボルに変換されるよう配置された前記信号コンスタレーションを用いることにより前記反転された符号化ビットを変調シンボルにマッピングするための変調器と、
を備えた装置。 - 受信器からの再伝送要請が奇数番目の再伝送要請である場合、前記符号化ビットを反転することを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記変調器は、16QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation)及び64QAMの一方を使用することを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
