Claims (7)
- 輸送手段用の運転者承認システム(1)であって、
携帯用の解除装置(31)と通信して使用承認を証明するための車載識別装置(2)と、
イグニションキー(3)用の回転イグニションロック(4)と、
前記イグニションキーが前記回転イグニションロックの対応する位置に移動されるときにエンジンを始動及び停止するようなイグニションロック機能を作動するための制御ユニット(5)と、
を具備し、
前記イグニションキーの代わりに前記回転イグニションロック(4)に装着して作動し、また前記回転イグニションロック(4)から取り外しできる押しボタン(6)を用いて、前記制御ユニット(5)によって前記イグニションロック機能を作動でき、回転スイッチとして構成された前記回転イグニションロック(4)を回転することなく前記イグニションロック機能の作動を可能にする手段が設けられることを特徴とする運転者承認システム(1)。 - 輸送手段のイグニションロック機能、特に前記輸送手段のエンジンの始動及び停止を作動するための作動要素を有する押しボタンにおいて、
前記押しボタン(6)を輸送手段の回転イグニションロック(4)に装着して作動し、また前記回転イグニションロック(4)から取り外しでき、
前記作動要素(62)が、前記押しボタン(6)の操作時に、回転スイッチとして構成された前記回転イグニションロック(4)を回転することなくイグニションロック機能を作動するために前記回転イグニションロック(4)の解除スイッチと相互作用することを特徴とする押しボタン。 - 前記押しボタン(6)が、操作時に、使用を承認する通信を開始する信号を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転者承認システム。
- 前記押しボタン(6)の操作時に、エンジン始動、無線設定、イグニションオンおよびキー挿入を含む前記イグニションロック機能が、前記輸送手段の追加情報に基づき前記制御ユニット(5)によって作動されるものであり、前記輸送手段の追加情報がブレーキペダル及び/又はクラッチペダル及び/又はドアの位置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転者承認システム。
- 前記押しボタン(6)が発光ダイオードを有し、該発光ダイオードに無接触に電力が供給されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押しボタン。
- 前記回転イグニションロック(4)への誘導電圧結合を介して、前記発光ダイオードに電力が供給されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の押しボタン。
- 無線通信ユニットが装備され、該無線通信ユニットが、前記押しボタンの操作時に、信号を前記回転イグニションロック(4)に送信し、この結果、イグニションロック機能が作動されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押しボタン。
