Claims (9)
- 対向配置された固定子と移動子との間で静電力を発生する静電モータ用電極の製造方法において、
前記固定子及び前記移動子の少なくとも一方の基材に、導電性物質をパターニングしてコア電極を形成した後、該コア電極にサイドエッジが丸くなるようにして導電性物質を付着させることを特徴とする静電モータ用電極の製造方法。 - 電解めっき、無電解めっき、静電塗装又はスクリーン印刷の中から選択されるいずれか一つの方法により、前記コア電極に前記導電性物質を付着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電モータ用電極の製造方法。
- 前記コア電極を、非エッチング手段を用いてパターニングすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の静電モータ用電極の製造方法。
- 予め導電膜で被覆された前記基材を用い、該導電膜にレーザ光を照射することにより、前記コア電極をパターニングすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の静電モータ用電極の製造方法。
- 前記コア電極を、導電性インクを用いたスクリーン印刷又はインクジェット印刷でパターニングすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の静電モータ用電極の製造方法。
- 対向配置された固定子と移動子との間で静電力を発生する静電モータ用電極において、
前記固定子及び前記移動子の少なくとも一方の基材にコア電極がパターニングされ、該コア電極に、サイドエッジが丸くなるようにして導電性物質からなる付着層が形成されたことを特徴とする静電モータ用電極。 - 前記付着層が、電解めっき、無電解めっき、静電塗装又はスクリーン印刷の中から選択されるいずれか一つの方法により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の静電モータ用電極。
- 前記コア電極が、非エッチング手段を用いてパターニングされたことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の静電モータ用電極。
- 対向配置される固定子と移動子とを備え、該固定子及び該移動子の少なくとも何れか一方は複数の電極を等間隔に有し、該電極に電圧が印加されることで前記固定子及び前記移動子の間に静電力が発生し、該静電力により前記移動子が前記固定子に対して相対的に移動する静電モータにおいて、
前記電極が、請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の電極であることを特徴とする静電モータ。
