Description

Claims (3)
- 一次巻線および二次巻線を備えた点火コイルと、
前記一次巻線の第1端部に接続されたバッテリーと、
前記二次巻線の第1端部とアース電位との間に接続された点火プラグと、
前記一次巻線の第2端部に接続された第1端部を有するコンデンサと、
前記二次巻線の第2端部に接続された第1ターミナルおよび前記コンデンサの前記第1端部に接続された第2ターミナルを有する電流ミラーと、
前記一次巻線に接続されたスイッチと、
を有することを特徴とするイオン化検出回路。 - 前記点火プラグが燃焼室内の燃料混合気を点火し、前記点火コイルからの点火電圧に応答して点火電流を発生し、前記点火コイルによって充電される前記コンデンサが前記燃焼室における前記燃料混合気の点火後にイオン化電流を発生するバイアス電流を供給し、前記電流ミラーがバイアス電流をアイソレートして、前記イオン化電流と、前記イオン化電流に比例した、前記イオン化電流からアイソレートされたミラー電流とを発生する請求項1記載のイオン化検出回路。
- 前記電流ミラーが一対の電気的特性が同じトランジスタを有する請求項1記載のイオン化検出回路。
