Claims (10)
- 前部及び後部と、前部から後部への扁平管の離隔した複数の列であって、各列において整列された複数の管行路を規定する当該列と、各列において隣り合う管行路と境を接する複数のフィンであって、各フィンが前記各列に共通するように前部から後部へと伸長する当該フィンとを有すると共に、各列における整列された管行路間のスペースのある位置において各フィンに熱流遮断手段を有する熱交換器において、
前記熱流遮断手段は、フィンを通って完全に延長するスリットによって規定され、かつ、スリットにおいてフィンが形成されるいかなる材料の除去もなく、
各スリットの各縁は、スリットの対向する縁に対しずらされていないことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前部及び後部と、前部から後部への扁平管の離隔した複数の列であって、各列において整列された複数の管行路を規定する当該列と、各列において隣り合う管行路と境を接する複数のサーペンタインフィンであって、各フィンが前記各列に共通するように前部から後部へと伸長する当該フィンとを有すると共に、各列における整列された管行路間のスペースのある位置において各フィンに熱流遮断手段を有する熱交換器において、
前記熱流遮断手段は、フィンを通って完全に延長するスリットによって規定され、かつ、スリットにおいてフィンが形成されるいかなる材料の除去もなく、
各スリットの各縁は、スリットの対向する縁に対しずらされておらず、
管行路の整列された一つ一つは水力学的に連続して接続されることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 超臨界冷媒と、該冷媒を圧縮するための圧縮機と、圧縮機の入口に接続される、該冷媒を蒸発させるための蒸発器と、圧縮機から圧縮された冷媒を受け入れ、該冷媒を冷却し、かつ、冷却された冷媒を蒸発器へと排出するためのガス冷却器とを含む冷凍システムにおいて、
前記ガス冷却器は熱交換器を備え、
該熱交換器は、前部及び後部と、前部から後部への扁平管の離隔した複数の列であって、各列において整列された複数の管行路を規定する当該列と、各列において隣り合う管行路と境を接する複数のサーペンタインフィンであって、各フィンが前記各列に共通するように前部から後部へと伸長する当該フィンとを有すると共に、各列における整列された管行路間のスペースのある位置において各フィンに熱流遮断手段を有し、
前記熱流遮断手段は、フィンを通って完全に延長するスリットによって規定され、かつ、スリットにおいてフィンが形成されるいかなる材料の除去もないことを特徴とする冷凍システム。 - 前記スリットの縁は、フィンの残部からずらされている請求項3の熱交換器。
- 前記スリットの縁は、フィンの残部に対し鋭角に伸びる請求項4の熱交換器。
- 前記各スリットの縁は、フィンの残部から前記鋭角へと反対方向にずらされている請求項5の熱交換器。
- 前記各スリットの縁は、オフセットの離隔した面へとずらされている請求項4の熱交換器。
- 前記各フィンに熱流遮断手段を規定する該各フィンにおけるスリットは、短い結合区域によって分割され、各スリットの縁は、該結合区域を変形させることによって互いに離隔される請求項3の熱交換器。
- 前記結合区域は、フィンの残部よりも薄い請求項8の熱交換器。
- 前記冷凍システムは、蒸発器がガス冷却器でもあり、かつガス冷却器が蒸発器でもある熱ポンプシステムである請求項3の冷凍システム。
