Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のポリウレタン多孔質体は、ポリオール、鎖長剤、親水性鎖長剤及びイソシアネートを重合して得られた末端イソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマー水分散体とポリアミン化合物とを架橋反応させて得られたゲル化物から、水分を除去して得られるものであり、親水性鎖長剤が、ウレタンプレポリマーを構成する全ての反応成分中、0.1〜4重量%含有されてなる。

Description
3口丸底フラスコに、ポリオールとしてポリカーボネートジオール〔旭化成株式会社製、商品名:T−4671、数平均分子量:1000〕、鎖長剤としてエチレングリコール、親水性鎖長剤として2,2-ジメチロールプロピオン酸及びイソシアネートとして1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを表1に示す配合割合で加え、90℃で3時間攪拌し、ウレタンプレポリマーを得た。-
[A.見かけ密度]
上記反応生成物から、50mm×50mm×3mmの大きさの試験片を切り出し、試験片の重量を測定し、式:〔見かけ密度(kg/m3)〕=〔試験片の重量(g)〕÷〔試験片の体積(mm3)〕×106に基づいて見かけ密度を求めた。(JIS K 6400に準ずる)
[B.引張強度]
上記反応生成物から、縦60mm×横10mm×厚み2mmの大きさの試験片を切り出し、オートグラフ〔株式会島津製作所製、型番:ASG−D〕を用いて測定した。引張方向が試験片の縦方向になるように測定を行い、試験片が破断したときの強度を用い、
式:〔引張強度(MPa)〕=〔破断強度(N)〕÷〔試験片の断面積(mm2)〕に基づいて引張強度を求めた。(JIS K 6301に準ずる)
[C.伸び]
上記反応生成物から、縦60mm×横10mm×厚み2mmの大きさの試験片を切り出し、オートグラフ〔株式会島津製作所製、型番:ASG−D〕を用いて測定した。引張方向が試験片の縦方向になるように、標線20mmで測定を行い、試験片が切断したときの伸びを用い、式:〔伸び(%)〕=(〔切断時の標線間の長さ(mm)〕−〔標線距離(mm) 〕)÷〔標線距離(mm) 〕×100に基づいて引張強度を求めた。(JIS K 6301に準ずる)
Claims (2)
- ポリオール、鎖長剤、親水性鎖長剤及びイソシアネートを重合して得られた末端イソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマー水分散体とポリアミン化合物とを架橋反応させて得られたゲル化物から、水分を除去して得られるポリウレタン多孔質体であって、
親水性鎖長剤が、ウレタンプレポリマーを構成する全ての反応成分中、0.1〜4重量%含有されてなるポリウレタン多孔質体。 - ポリオール、鎖長剤、イソシアネート及び0.1〜4重量%の親水性鎖長剤を反応成分として重合する工程、
得られた末端イソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーを水と混合して分散する工程、
得られたウレタンプレポリマー水分散体をポリアミン化合物で架橋する工程、
及び得られたゲル化物から水分を除去する工程を含有するポリウレタン多孔質体の製造方法。
