Abstract
【課題】アールを持つ壁面など曲面の壁に対応できる柔軟性を有する曲がり廻り縁や曲がり幅木を提供する。【解決手段】曲がり廻り縁は、造作部材品となる合板１、２を厚さ３ｍｍから４ｍｍの厚みの異なる合板２枚に分割のうえピンネイルや釘などで一体化すること、そして合板２枚を一体化する際の反りを防ぐためにゴムを一枚の合板に接着すること、その一体化した合板２枚の造作部材品にモールカバーを一体化成形する造作工法を特徴とし、５０Ｒ以上の曲がり壁に対応できる。【選択図】図１
Description
建築現場で従来使用されている廻り縁や幅木の造作部材品はＲ壁面に対して取り付けるのはその材質特性により使えない商品であったが、本考案の曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木は、約１００Π（パイ）以上のアールの付いた曲面やＲ壁面に対応できるものである。
従来、廻り縁並びに幅木はその造作部品材料の素材としてＭＤＦ（ミディアムデンシティファイバーボード）を使用しているのでＲ壁面部分など曲面部分には使えない硬質で直進性のある材料部材品であるため、Ｒ曲線のある壁面や角には使えなかったが本考案の曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木は、約１００Π（５０Ｒ）以上の曲面を有する曲がり壁面に対応できる造作部材品となる柔軟性の獲得を目指した。
本考案の曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木は、図１及び図２で示すように造作部材品を▲１▼厚さ３ｍｍから４ｍｍの厚みの異なる合板を２枚、▲２▼ゴム、▲３▼モールカバーなどを一体化成形することで、曲面には不可だった廻り縁及び幅木を５０Ｒ以上の曲がりに対応できる曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木を作る事を考えた。
課題を解決するために本考案は図１及び図２で示す様に、曲がり合板１をＲ壁面に接着剤または釘で固定する。
次に、曲がり合板２とゴムを接着一体化した造作物をＲ壁面に固定された曲がり合板１とピンネイルなどで固定する。
この曲がり合板２とゴムを接着一体化したものを壁面に貼り付け固定している曲がり合板１に一体固定することで曲がり合板１と曲がり合板２の反りを防ぐことが出来る。
モールカバーは、出来上がった曲がり廻り縁および曲がり幅木製品の外観的デザイン性とともにオレフィンシートが合板造作物の平面方向に対して歪みなどで曲がらないために、切り口（木口）に当てるものである。
ゆえに、図３で示している通りＲ壁面に、図４で示した様にＲ壁面の天井仕上げ面及び床仕上げ面に、曲がり合板１を接着剤または釘等で固定し、その上にゴムと一体化した曲がり合板２をピンネイル等で固定、その曲がり合板にモールカバーを両面テープ接着剤等で固定して曲がり廻り縁および曲がり幅木の造作物が製品として完成する。
この考案は同時に、出隅Ｒや入り隅Ｒの場所にも同様の造作手順で製品として対応できる。

- 廻り縁や幅木はその原材料の持つ硬質で直進性な素材からＲ壁面など曲面部分には使えないがＲ壁面部分など曲面部分に対応できる柔軟性を有する素材で曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木を作成出来ないかと考案するなかで、一般的な約３ｍｍ〜４ｍｍ厚みの合板にゴム素材やモールカバーなどを接着一体化させることを特徴とする曲がり廻り縁及び曲がり幅木。
