Abstract
Description
図1乃至図11を参照すると、本実施例の断熱性保温板100は、真空断熱パネル11と、該真空断熱パネル11を被覆する少なくとも1個の側面の発泡体12とを含む。或いは前記発泡体12全体で真空断熱パネル11を被覆する。前記発泡体の外側にアルミニウム膜13を設け、又は発泡体の外側に金属粉塗料を塗布する。
図12乃至図15に示すように、本実施例の折り畳み可能な携帯型保温箱1は、断熱アルミニウムめっき膜又はアルミ箔膜或いはアルミニウムプラスチック膜材で構成される矩形箱体で、箱体の頂部が開くことができる蓋体を有する。箱体内には前板、後板、左板、右板、底板で構成された収容チャンバーを有する。収容チャンバーの頂部開口が広く開けられ、蓋体の内側に蓋板2を設け、蓋体で箱体を閉じた時、該蓋板2が前記収容チャンバーの頂部開口に嵌め込み、或いは蓋板2が前記収容チャンバーの頂部開口を全体覆うことに適する。前板、後板、左板、右板、底板及び蓋板は、断熱芯板を含む(真空断熱パネル、発泡パネル、発泡体で覆われる真空断熱パネル等が好適である)。
<実施例3>
実施例1をベースにし、本実施例は以下の通りの変形が存在する。
図16乃至図18に示すように、箱体底面上の各隅角部に近く場所に台形の耐摩耗性織布8(帆布が好適である)を縫製し、また底板底面上の各隅角部が耐摩耗性織布で覆われない。耐摩耗材9(シリコーンゴムのインサートが好適である)の突起部を耐摩耗性織布に挿入し、耐摩耗材9全体は基本的に三角形になる片体で、耐摩耗材9の隅角部に突起部91を設ける。該突起部91は箱体底面上の各隅角部に設けられ、且つ耐摩耗性織布で覆われず、衝突や摩擦防止作用を果たす。使用時、一端を持ち上げ方式で箱体を引張った場合、地側の耐摩耗材の突起部が支点作用を果たすため、箱体底面を保護して摩損を受けない。耐摩耗材の突起部が摩損された後、直接新しい耐摩耗材に交換でき、使用上便利で低コストである。
実施例1をベースにし、本実施例は以下の変形が存在する。
図19を参照すると、本実施例の真空断熱パネル11の外側面は、接着剤又は両面テープを通じて装飾板15の内側面上に貼付し、且つ該装飾板15の該真空断熱パネル11における投影は完全に該真空断熱パネル11を覆うことができる。発泡体12は該真空断熱パネル11と装飾板15の内側面上に発泡成形され、該真空断熱パネル11の内側面と4つの端面を被覆し、更に同時に装飾板15の4つの端面も被覆することができる。

- 真空断熱パネルと、該真空断熱パネルを被覆する少なくとも1個の側面発泡体と、を含む断熱性保温板であって、前記発泡体の外側にアルミニウム膜を設け、又は発泡体の外側に金属粉塗料を塗布し、
前記発泡体と前記アルミニウム膜の間に不織布又はガラス繊維層を設けており、前記アルミニウム膜がアルミニウムめっき膜或いはアルミ箔膜若しくはアルミニウムプラスチック膜であり、又は前記発泡体上に不織布或いはガラス繊維クロスを被覆した後、金属粉塗料を塗布し、
前記断熱性保温板は、矩形を呈し、且つ少なくとも一対の対称となる縁辺上には段差部又は斜面が設けられ、
前記発泡体の全体で前記真空断熱パネルを被覆し、又は前記真空断熱パネルの外側面を装飾板上に貼付し、且つ前記装飾板の前記真空断熱パネルにおける投影が完全に前記真空断熱パネルを覆うことができ、前記発泡体が前記真空断熱パネルと前記装飾板の内側面上に発泡成形され、また前記真空断熱パネルの他側面と4個の端面を被覆し、前記装飾板の前記発泡体との接触面上に溝或いは皿穴を分布しており、前記皿穴は断面が台形又は壷形となるもので、前記皿穴の頂部開口径が底部の孔径より小さいことを特徴とする断熱性保温板。 - 断熱性アルミニウムめっき膜材で構成され、内部に請求項1に記載の断熱性保温板からなる内箱断熱層を設ける箱体と、面ファスナー又は強力接着剤或いは両面テープを通じて保温箱底部の四隅上に接着され、若しくは保温箱底部の四隅上に縫合され、互いに垂直になる3つの面からなる円錐形ケーシングとする角金或いは箱体底面上の各隅角部に縫製され、また箱体底面の各隅角部が覆わせない台形の耐摩耗性織布と、を含む保温箱であって、携帯型保温箱は耐摩耗材を更に含み、前記耐摩耗材の全体が基本的に三角形となる片体で、前記耐摩耗材の一端の隅角部に突起部を設けており、前記耐摩耗材を前記耐摩耗性織布に挿入して前記突起部を完全に前記耐摩耗性織布から突出させ、前記突起部を前記箱体底面の各隅角部に設けられ、
前記突起部の底面中央に取付溝を設けており、前記取付溝内に金属ボールを設け、ボールが前記取付溝から露出し、前記取付溝の溝口が円形となり且つその直径はボールの直径より小さいことを特徴とする保温箱。 - 床板であって、複数枚の請求項1に記載の断熱性保温板で敷設されてからなり、
隣り合う前記断熱性保温板の縁辺が前記段差部或いは前記斜面を通じて互いに対称して接合することで、敷設した壁板の表面が面一になるようにすることを特徴とする壁板或いは床板。
