技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空绝热保温板的生产方法及保温箱。
背景技术
现有技术中,为了保护真空绝热板并提升绝热性能、延长使用寿命,往往在其外周直接成型发泡材料。其不足之处在于:发泡材料易吸水,不耐腐蚀,不耐冲击、不防火且易破损,进而影响整体外形并缩短真空绝热板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、不易破损且防火的绝热保温板、应用该保温板的保温箱、墙面或地面板。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种绝热保温板,包括:真空绝热板、包覆该真空绝热板的至少一个侧面的发泡材料,所述发泡材料外侧设有铝膜,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆。
进一步优选的方案是,所述发泡材料和铝膜之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层,铝膜为镀铝膜或铝箔膜或铝塑膜;或,在发泡材料上包覆无纺布或玻璃纤维布后,涂覆金属漆(优选铝粉漆)。其中,玻璃纤维层的设置,可进一步提高防火性能。
进一步优选的方案是,该绝热保温板呈矩形,且至少在一对对称的边缘上设有台阶或斜面。
进一步优选的方案是,所述发泡材料整体包覆真空绝热板;或,所述真空绝热板的外侧面贴(优选胶水或双面胶粘贴)在一装饰板上,且该装饰板在该真空绝热板上的投影可完全覆盖该真空绝热板;发泡材料发泡成型在该真空绝热板和装饰板的内侧面上,并将该真空绝热板的另一侧面和四个端面包覆。装饰板的与发泡材料的接触面上分布有槽或沉孔;沉孔为断面呈梯形或壶形的沉孔,该沉孔的顶端口孔径小于底部的孔径。
本发明提供的一种保温箱,包括:采用隔热镀铝膜材构成的箱体,箱体内设有上述绝热保温板构成的内腔隔温层;护角通过魔术贴或强力胶水或双面胶粘接于保温箱底部的四个角上,或护角缝合于保温箱底部的四个角上,护角是由彼此基本垂直的三个面构成的锥形壳体;或在箱体的底面上邻近各端角处缝制梯形耐磨布,并使箱体底面的各端角不被耐磨布覆盖;便携式保温箱还包括耐磨片;该耐磨片整体基本呈三角形的片体,在耐磨片的一端角处设有凸台;将所述耐磨片插入耐磨布并使凸台完全穿出该耐磨布,使该凸台设于箱体底面的各端角处。
进一步优选的方案是,所述凸台底面中央设有安装槽,安装槽内设有金属小圆珠,小圆珠露出安装槽,安装槽的槽口呈圆形且其直径小于小圆珠的直径。
本发明提供的一种墙面板,由多块上述绝热保温板铺设成。
本发明提供的另一种墙面或底面板,由多块上述绝热保温板铺设成,相邻的绝热保温板的边缘通过所述台阶或斜面彼此对称搭接,以使铺设而成的墙面板的表面齐平。
本发明提供的第三种墙面板,包括:由多块上述绝热保温板依次紧邻对齐铺设而成的基板,所述绝热保温板的端面呈凸字型;在相邻的两块绝热保温板之间形成凹形部,在该凹形部内设有外层绝热保温板,以使铺设而成的墙面板的表面齐平。
进一步优选的方案是,所述外层绝热保温板包括一块真空绝热板和至少包覆该真空绝热板外侧面的发泡材料;发泡材料外侧设有铝膜,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆;发泡材料和铝膜之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层。
所述真空绝热板包括:芯材,用于封装该芯材的封装膜;所述封装膜为单张,且以首尾热熔连接的方式包覆所述芯材的上下平面和左右侧面,且其首尾连接处不在所述芯材的左右侧面上(所述首尾连接处邻近在所述芯材的上平面或下平面上的一侧分布,或邻近芯材的上或下平面的边缘分布,或在芯材的棱边上分布、或邻近芯材上或下平面的中央分布);所述封装膜的延伸出所述芯材的前、后侧面的延伸部经热熔封口后,折叠并粘贴在所述芯材的前、后侧面上。
隔热镀铝膜材包括依次叠层设置的:真空镀铝膜、PE膜、珍珠棉和PE编织布。该膜材柔性较好且耐冲击,且具有隔热、保温的功能。
铝塑膜指的是镀铝膜与其他塑料薄膜复合而成的膜;镀铝膜是薄膜如PP,PET等经过真空蒸镀铝层而成;铝箔膜则是铝箔与塑料薄膜复合而成的膜.镀铝层很薄,厚度在300-400埃,铝箔则在0.01mm左右。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明的绝热保温板,在发泡材料外侧设有铝膜,或发在泡材料外侧涂覆金属漆,使得该绝热保温板的外壁整体性较强,故而具有耐冲击、耐腐蚀、不易破损的特点;铝膜或金属漆的防火性能远好于发泡材料。同时,铝膜或金属漆具有隔绝热辐射的性能,故而可以进一步提高绝热保温板的绝热性能。(2)本发明的保温箱,通过在箱体底部端角处设置护角或耐磨片,避免端角磨损,确保了箱体的使用寿命。同时护角或耐磨片更换便捷,方便了使用且成本低廉。梯形的耐磨布对基本呈三角形的耐磨片起到限位作用,结构简单、可靠,安装更换较便捷。(3)本发明的墙面或底面板,具有铺设简便的特点,适于室内墙面、地面的铺设,进而提高室内保温性能。发泡材料和铝膜之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层,其中,在发泡材料发泡成型时,通过发泡材料自身定型的粘结力连接所述无纺布或玻璃纤维层,无纺布或玻璃纤维层与铝膜通过胶水粘接,确保了铝膜牢固包覆发泡材料;铝膜本身具有一定的延伸性能,适于耐冲击。

见图1至11,本实施例的绝热保温板100包括:真空绝热板11、包覆该真空绝热板11的至少一个侧面的发泡材料12,或所述发泡材料12整体包覆真空绝热板11。所述发泡材料外侧设有铝膜13,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆。
所述发泡材料12和铝膜13之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层14,铝膜13为镀铝膜或铝箔膜或铝塑膜;或,在发泡材料上包覆无纺布或玻璃纤维布后,涂覆金属漆(优选铝粉漆)。其中,玻璃纤维层的设置,可进一步提高防火性能。
该绝热保温板呈矩形,且至少在一对对称的边缘上设有台阶或斜面。
所述真空绝热板包括:芯材,用于真空封装该芯材的封装铝膜。
如图3或4,在绝热保温板相对的两侧设置台阶,以在铺设地面或墙面时,台阶部可以搭接,并使铺设的地面或墙面的外侧面平整,如图7或8。

或将绝热保温板制成如图10的凸字形,并与图1或2中的绝热保温板配合,铺设地面或墙面,其中,将相邻两块凸字形的绝热保温板的相邻端部的不具有真空绝热板的部分(即凹槽部),嵌入另一块图1或2中的平面式的绝热保温板进行拼接,并使铺设的地面或墙面的外侧面平整的同时,使得铺设的地板或墙板完全被真空绝热板覆盖,进一步提高加热性能。具体施工时,绝热保温板采用胶水或双面胶带进行固定。铺设的地板上方,可以设置地板或地暖盘管;铺设的墙板外侧面上可以设置墙纸或其他涂层。
实施例2
如图12-15,本实施例的可折叠便携式保温箱1,采用隔热镀铝膜或铝箔膜或铝塑膜材构成的矩形箱体,箱体的顶部具有可掀开的箱盖;箱体内具有由前板、后板、左板、右板、底板构成的容腔;容腔顶端口敞开,箱盖的内侧设有盖板2,箱盖将箱体闭合时,该盖板2适于嵌入所述容腔的顶端口,或盖板2适于整体覆盖所述容腔的顶端口;前板、后板、左板、右板、底板和盖板都包括:绝热芯板(优选真空隔热板、发泡板、包覆有发泡材料的真空隔热板等)。
隔热镀铝膜或铝箔膜或铝塑膜材包括依次叠层设置的:真空镀铝膜或铝箔膜或铝塑膜、PE膜、珍珠棉和PE编织布。该膜材柔性较好且耐冲击,且具有隔热、保温的功能。
底板的前边缘设有拉手带,底板的后边缘通过魔术贴连接在后板的底部;箱盖的前边缘整体向前延伸有延伸部21,该延伸部21通过魔术贴与箱体前侧面顶部相连,实现在箱体闭合时固定箱盖,并提升密封性;箱体左右两侧设有飞边3,各飞边3通过魔术贴与箱盖的顶面相连,以进一步固定箱盖,并提升密封性。
至少是前板、后板、左板、右板、底板和盖板之一的内侧面上设有用于放置蓄冷剂盒的网袋4,该网袋4的开口处设有魔术贴41,用于封闭网袋4的开口,以固定蓄冷剂盒。
若需将保温箱折叠,步骤包括:打开盖板,提起所述底板的拉手带并取出底板,然后将底板、左板、右板平行对齐设置后平行设于前板、后板之间,然后将箱体的前、后壁体向中央挤压,并用设有魔术贴绑带10收紧箱体的前、后壁体,然后将盖板向后折叠在箱体的后壁体上,即完成折叠、定型,如图2。
箱体的外侧面上设有透明袋5,以方便设置标签或快递单等。
邻近箱体左、右壁体的顶部和/或底部的外侧面上设有把手织带6,以便于搬运。
采用耐磨、耐冲击材料(如PC等塑料)制成的护角7,护角由彼此基本垂直的三个面构成,护角通过魔术贴或强力胶水或双面胶粘接于、或缝合于保温箱底部的四个角上。
箱体上设有与箱体的两侧相连的背带。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例存在如下变型:
如图16-18,在箱体底面上邻近各端角处缝制梯形的耐磨布8(优选帆布),并使底板底面上的各端角不被耐磨布覆盖;将耐磨片9(优选硅橡胶插片)的凸台插入耐磨布,耐磨片9整体基本呈三角形的片体,在耐磨片9的端角处设有凸台91;该凸台91设于箱体底面上的各端角处,且不被耐磨布覆盖,起到防撞防摩擦的作用。使用时,若采用一端拎空的方式拖行箱体,由于着地端的耐磨片的凸台起到支点的作用,故而保护了箱体底面不会受磨损。当耐磨片的凸台磨损后,直接更换新的耐磨片,使用便捷,成本低廉。
进一步优选的方案是,凸台底面中央设有安装槽,安装槽内设有金属小圆珠,小圆珠露出安装槽,起到防摩擦、减小阻力的作用。安装槽的槽口呈圆形且直径小于小圆珠的直径。
实施例4
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例存在如下变型:
见图19,本实施例的真空绝热板11的外侧面通过胶水或双面胶粘贴在一装饰板15的内侧面上,且该装饰板15在该真空绝热板11上的投影可完全覆盖该真空绝热板11;发泡材料12发泡成型在该真空绝热板11和装饰板15的内侧面上,并将该真空绝热板11的内侧面和四个端面包覆,进一步,也可同时将装饰板15的四个端面包覆。
装饰板15与发泡材料12的接触面上分布有槽或沉孔16,以使发泡材料12牢固固定在装饰板15上。所述沉孔16优选断面呈梯形(如图20)或带缺口的环形(如图21)或壶形(如图22)的沉孔,该沉孔16的顶端口孔径小于底部的孔径。采用该沉孔,可以使发泡材料12进入沉孔内发泡,使得装饰板15与发泡材料12连接牢固。
装饰板15为金属装饰板、木塑板、PVC板、石膏板等。所述发泡材料外侧设有铝膜13,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆。
所述发泡材料12和铝膜13之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层14。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (5)

1.一种绝热保温板,包括:真空绝热板、包覆该真空绝热板的至少一个侧面的发泡材料,其特征在于:所述发泡材料外侧设有铝膜,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆;所述发泡材料整体包覆真空绝热板;
或,所述真空绝热板的外侧面贴在一装饰板上,且该装饰板在该真空绝热板上的投影可完全覆盖该装饰板;发泡材料发泡成型在该真空绝热板和装饰板的内侧面上,并将该真空绝热板的内侧面和四个端面包覆;装饰板的与发泡材料的接触面上分布有槽或沉孔;沉孔为断面呈梯形或壶形的沉孔,该沉孔的顶端口孔径小于底部的孔径。
2.一种保温箱的生产方法,其特征在于包括:采用隔热镀铝膜材构成的箱体,箱体内设有由权利要求1所述的绝热保温板构成的内腔隔温层;
护角通过魔术贴或强力胶水或双面胶粘接于保温箱底部的四个角上,或护角缝合于保温箱底部的四个角上,护角是由彼此基本垂直的三个面构成的锥形壳体;
或在箱体的底面上邻近各端角处缝制梯形耐磨布,并使箱体底面的各端角不被耐磨布覆盖;便携式保温箱还包括耐磨片;该耐磨片整体基本呈三角形的片体,在耐磨片的一端角处设有凸台;将所述耐磨片插入耐磨布并使凸台完全穿出该耐磨布,使该凸台设于箱体底面的各端角处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温箱的生产方法,其特征在于,
所述凸台底面中央设有安装槽,安装槽内设有金属小圆珠,小圆珠露出安装槽,安装槽的槽口呈圆形且其直径小于小圆珠的直径。
4.一种墙面或地面板,其特征在于包括:由多块权利要求2所述的绝热保温板依次紧邻对齐铺设而成的基板,所述绝热保温板的端面呈凸字型;在相邻的两块绝热保温板之间形成凹形部,在该凹形部内设有外层绝热保温板,以使铺设而成的墙面板的表面齐平。
5.根据权利要求4所述的墙面或地面板,其特征在于,所述外层绝热保温板包括一块真空绝热板和至少包覆该真空绝热板外侧面的发泡材料;发泡材料外侧设有铝膜,或发泡材料外侧涂覆有金属漆;发泡材料和铝膜之间设有无纺布或玻璃纤维层。
