Abstract

【課題】販売促進用の物品を瓶に確実に固定した販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶を提供する。
【解決手段】販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶において、少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用物品３が挿入される凹部を設けたプラスチック本体又はガラス本体１を備え、飲料瓶の表面の少なくとも一部が包装４で被覆され、包装４が飲料瓶のラベルを構成し、好ましくは収縮性の包装とする。

Description

本考案は、飲料瓶に販売促進用の物品を配置して瓶と一体にした飲料瓶に関する。
従来の飲料瓶には販売促進用の物品が付けられておらず、瓶に販売促進用の物品を設け
る場合には、瓶を適宜包んだり、瓶にくくりつけたり、又は瓶に接着させたりする方法が
とられていた。
しかしながら、上記のような従来の方法は、販売促進用の物品を瓶に固定するという点
において、不十分であった。したがって、本考案の目的は、販売促進用の物品を瓶に確実
に固定した販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶を提供することにある。
本考案によれば、上記従来の方法の欠点を解消することが可能である。本考案は、飲料
瓶のプラスチック本体又はガラス本体の表面の少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用の物品が挿
入される凹部が設けられている。
また、上記に加えて、飲料瓶と販売促進用物品の両方の表面の少なくとも一部が、該飲
料瓶のラベルを構成する包装によって被覆されていることにある。この包装は収縮性包装
であることが好ましい。
また、本考案は、前記飲料瓶の本体がポリエチレンで構成されており、前記販売促進用
物品が、前記凹部の形状をした卵形状の容器内に収容した玩具であることである。

以下に、本考案の好ましい実施形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。販売促進用物品
付きの飲料瓶の表面は、包装によって被覆されている。
販売促進用物品３付きのプラスチックの飲料瓶において、販売促進用物品３は、瓶の一
部を形成する一方、瓶の本体から容易に分離できるようになっている。これが、本考案に
よる販売促進用物品３付きの飲料瓶のコンセプトである。
飲料瓶の本体１はポリエチレンでできており、瓶の側面のポリエチレンをプレスするこ
とによって卵形状の凹部２が形成され、該卵の長い部分のサイズは４０ｍｍである。この
凹部２の中に販売促進用物品３が挿入される。販売促進用物品３はプラスチックの卵殻の
容器であり、卵の高さは４０ｍｍであって、該容器は半分に分割できる。
プラスチックの卵殻の容器の中には、小さな部品が配置されており、この部品から玩具
が組み立てられる。販売促進用物品３付きの飲料瓶の表面は、既知の手段によって縮む収
縮性包装で構成されたカバー４で覆われている。収縮性包装は、飲料瓶のラベルを形成す
るべく、グラフィック装飾がなされている。
本考案は、販売促進の目的で販売促進用物品を具備させた飲料瓶の製造に広く適用でき
る。

Claims (2)

  1. 販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶であって、
    少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用物品（３）が挿入される卵形状の凹部（２）を設けたプラスチック本体又はガラス本体（１）を備え、
    前記販売促進用物品（３）は、卵形状の容器内に収容される玩具を有し、
    前記卵形状の容器の形状及び大きさは、前記卵形状の凹部の形状及び大きさに対応し、
    前記販売促進用物品（３）は、前記凹部に挿入され、
    前記飲料瓶には、前記飲料瓶のラベルを形成するように、グラフィック装飾がなされた
    収縮性包装材料で構成される包装（４）が設けられ、
    前記包装（４）が、前記販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うことを特徴とする飲料瓶。
  2. 前記飲料瓶の前記本体（１）が、ポリエチレン、その他のプラスチック材料、又はガラ
    スで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の飲料瓶。
