Abstract

【課題】本発明は、販売促進用の物品を瓶に確実に固定した販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶を提供することにある。
【解決手段】販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶において、少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用物品３が挿入される凹部２を設けたプラスチック本体又はガラス本体１を備え、該飲料瓶の表面の少なくとも一部が包装４で被覆され、該包装４が該飲料瓶のラベルを構成し、好ましくは該カバー４が収縮性包装である。

Description

本発明は、飲料瓶に販売促進用の物品を配置して瓶と一体にした飲料瓶に関する。
従来の飲料瓶には販売促進用の物品が付けられておらず、瓶に販売促進用の物品を設け
る場合には、瓶を適宜包んだり、瓶にくくりつけたり、又は瓶に接着させたりする方法が
とられていた。
しかしながら、上記のような従来の方法は、販売促進用の物品を瓶に固定するという点
において、不十分であった。したがって、本発明の目的は、販売促進用の物品を瓶に確実
に固定した販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶を提供することにある。
本発明によれば、上記従来の方法の欠点を解消することが可能である。本発明は、飲料
瓶のプラスチック本体又はガラス本体の表面の少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用の物品が挿
入される凹部が設けられている。
また、上記に加えて、飲料瓶と販売促進用物品の両方の表面の少なくとも一部が、該飲
料瓶のラベルを構成する包装によって被覆されていることにある。この包装は収縮性包装
であることが好ましい。
また、本発明は、前記飲料瓶の本体がポリエチレンで構成されており、前記販売促進用
物品が、前記凹部の形状をした卵形状の容器内に収容した玩具であることである。

以下に、本発明の好ましい実施形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。販売促進用物品
付きの飲料瓶の表面は、包装によって被覆されている。
販売促進用物品３付きのプラスチックの飲料瓶において、販売促進用物品３は、瓶の一
部を形成する一方、瓶の本体から容易に分離できるようになっている。これが、本発明に
よる販売促進用物品３付きの飲料瓶のコンセプトである。
飲料瓶の本体１はポリエチレンでできており、瓶の側面のポリエチレンをプレスするこ
とによって卵形状の凹部２が形成され、該卵の長い部分のサイズは４０ｍｍである。この
凹部２の中に販売促進用物品３が挿入される。販売促進用物品３はプラスチックの卵殻の
容器であり、卵の高さは４０ｍｍであって、該容器は半分に分割できる。
プラスチックの卵殻の容器の中には、小さな部品が配置されており、この部品から玩具
が組み立てられる。販売促進用物品３付きの飲料瓶の表面は、既知の手段によって縮む収
縮性包装で構成されたカバー４で覆われている。収縮性包装は、飲料瓶のラベルを形成す
るべく、グラフィック装飾がなされている。
本発明は、販売促進の目的で販売促進用物品を具備させた飲料瓶の製造に広く適用でき
る。

Claims (2)

  1. 販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶であって、
    少なくとも一箇所に販売促進用物品が挿入される卵形状の凹部を設けたプラスチック本体又はガラス本体を備え、
    前記販売促進用物品は、卵形状の容器内に収容される玩具を有し、
    前記卵形状の容器の形状及びサイズは、前記卵形状の凹部の形状及びサイズに対応し、
    前記販売促進用物品が、前記卵形状の凹部に挿入されたときに、前記卵形状の凹部の容積は前記卵形状の容器の全体容積よりも小さいために、前記卵形状の容器の一部だけが前記卵形状の凹部に収容され、
    前記飲料瓶には、前記飲料瓶のラベルを形成するように、グラフィック装飾がなされた
    収縮性包装材料で構成された包装が設けられ、
    前記包装が、前記販売促進用物品付きの飲料瓶の表面の少なくとも一部を覆う
    ことを特徴とする飲料瓶。
  2. 前記飲料瓶の前記本体が、ポリエチレン、その他のプラスチック材料、又はガラ
    スで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の飲料瓶。
