Description

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、たとえば、スポーツド
リンクやオレンジジュースのような液体飲料を充填する
液体充填容器およびその製造方法に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】スポーツドリンクやオレンジジュースの
ような液体飲料を充填する液体充填容器として、フレキ
シブルフィルムを素材としたガゼット部を有する袋状容
器と、フランジ部および導管部を有しフランジ部を袋状
容器本体の開口端に固着した取出装置とから構成したも
のは、たとえば、実開昭62−134826号公報に記
載されている。
【0003】この種の液体充填容器は、缶やビンに比較
して軽量で開封性がよいので、液体飲料だけでなくうど
んのめんつゆや焼き肉のたれの収納容器としてガラス瓶
やプラスチック容器に代えて用いることもできる。
【0004】上記液体充填容器は、図5および図6に示
すように、内側に折り込まれたガゼット部1,1と両面
部分2,2を有する袋状容器本体3と、フランジ部4お
よび導管部5を有する取出具6とから構成されている。
内側に折り込まれたガゼット部1,1は、両面部分2,
2の側端にガゼット部1の内端1a,1aの間に取出具
6のフランジ部4を配置できる空間を置くように配置さ
れ、取出具6のフランジ部4が、袋状容器本体3の開口
端3aのガゼット部1の内端1a,1aの間に配置され
る。そして、袋状容器本体3と取出具6のフランジ部4
は通常のヒートシール手段により一体的に結合される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記形式の液体充填容
器は、ガゼット部の内端の間に取出具のフランジ部を配
置して構成されるため、ガゼット部の全幅寸法が袋状容
器本体の一面部分の幅より狭くなっており、液体充填容
器の断面形状は矩形状を呈し正方形にならない。したが
って、液体充填容器を棚に陳列した際に、倒れやすく、
液体充填容器の自立安定性に欠ける。
【0006】また、上記形式の液体充填容器は、袋状容
器本体と取出具の接合区域において、フランジ部とガゼ
ット部の内端との間に間隙が形成されるため、この部分
にピンホールが形成されてしまい、取出具を袋状容器本
体の開口端に固着する際の安定したシール部を確保しに
くい。
【0007】本発明は上記した点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、棚に陳列した際の自立安定性および取出具と袋状容
器本体との安定したシール部を確保する液体充填容器お
よびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の液体充填容器
は、内側に折り込まれるガゼット部と両面部分を有する
袋状容器本体と、フランジ部および導管部を有しフラン
ジ部を袋状容器本体の開口端に固着した取出具とを備え
た液体充填容器において、上記ガゼット部の全幅寸法を
袋状容器本体の一面の幅とほぼ同じ寸法とし、上記取出
具のフランジ部を内側に折り込まれた各ガゼット部に接
して袋状容器本体の開口端に固着したことを特徴とす
る。
【0009】本発明の液体充填容器の製造方法は、袋状
容器本体の両面部分となるフィルムと、幅寸法を袋状容
器本体の一面の幅とほぼ同じ寸法とし袋状容器本体のガ
ゼット部となるフィルムを設け、袋状容器本体の一面部
分となるフィルムの上に、内側に折り込んだガゼット部
を折り込み端が当接または近接するように配置し、各ガ
ゼット部の一側部分を、袋状容器本体の一面部分となる
フィルムに仮止めし、一面部分となるフィルムに仮止め
されたガゼット部の上に取出具をフランジ部がガゼット
部の上に位置するように配置し、この取出具の上に袋状
容器本体の他面部分となるフィルムを配置し、袋状容器
本体と取出具をヒートシール手段により一体的に結合す
ることで構成される。

【作用】本発明の液体充填容器では、取出具のフランジ
部を各ガゼット部に重なるように配置して取出具を袋状
容器本体の開口端に固着したことで、取出具と袋状容器
本体との安定したシール部を確保し、全体形状を正方体
としたことで、棚に陳列した際の自立安定性を確保す
る。
【0011】本発明の液体充填容器の製造方法では、袋
状容器本体の一面部分となるフィルムに仮止めされたガ
ゼット部の上に取出具のフランジ部を配置し、袋状容器
本体とガゼット部と取出具をヒートシール手段により一
体的に結合することで、各部材の位置決めができ、しか
も、取出具と袋状容器本体とを安定した状態でシールす
る。

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例を図面につき説明する。
図1は、本発明による液体充填容器の斜視図を示し、こ
の液体充填容器は、全体形状をほぼ正方体としている。
上記液体充填容器10は、図1および図2に示すよう
に、内側に折り込まれるガゼット部11,11と両面部
分12,12を有する袋状容器本体13と、フランジ部
14および導管部15を有する取出具16とから構成さ
れている。ガゼット部11の幅寸法を袋状容器本体13
の一面12の幅とほぼ同じ寸法に設定されている。した
がって、取出具16は、フランジ部14の一面を内側に
折り込まれた各ガゼット部11,11に接するように配
置された状態で袋状容器本体13の開口端13aに固着
される。
【0013】袋状容器本体13のガゼット部11および
両面部分12は、図3に示すように、厚さ12μのポリ
エステルフィルム17と厚さ9μのアルミホイル18と
厚さ15μの延伸ナイロンフィルム19と厚さ60μ〜
120μのポリエチレンフィルム20のラミネートフィ
ルム21を素材として作られており、袋状容器本体13

【0014】つぎに、本発明による液体充填容器の製造
方法を説明する。
【0015】下記する製造方法は、単品についてである
が、複数の製品を連続してせいぞうすることもできる。
【0016】まず、ラミネートフィルム21を準備し、
このラミネートフィルム21を所定寸法に沿って裁断し
て袋状容器本体13の両面部分12となるフィルムと、
同じように、ラミネートフィルム21を両面部分12と
同一幅寸法に裁断した袋状容器本体13のガゼット部1
1となるフィルムを用意する。取出具16の構造は従来
構造のものと同様である。
【0017】つぎに、ガゼット部11となるフィルムを
長手方向に2つ折りし、2つ折りしたガゼット部フィル
ムを、袋状容器本体の一面部分12となる面部分フィル
ムの両側部の上に、ガゼット部フィルムの側縁が面部分
フィルムの側縁に一致し、内側折り込み端が互いに当接
または近接するように配置する。
【0018】つぎに、ガゼット部フィルムと面部分フィ
ルムとをヒート加工(250℃で1秒間)して、一対の
ガゼット部フィルムの適当部位を面部分フィルム上に仮
止めする。
【0019】ついで、面部分フィルムに仮止めされたガ
ゼット部11の上に取出具16を、フランジ部14がガ
ゼット部11の上に位置するように配置し、この取出具
16の上に袋状容器本体の他面部分12となる面部分フ
ィルムを上記面部分フィルム上に重なり合うように配置
する。
【0020】つぎに、袋状容器本体の両面部分12とガ
ゼット部11,11と取出具16を通常のヒートシール
手段により一体的に結合する。これにより、形成される
液体充填容器は図1に示される。
【0021】このようにして作られた液体充填容器は、
取出具16のフランジ部14とガゼット部11の内端と
の間に間隙がないため、この部分にピンホールが形成さ
れることがなく、取出具16と袋状容器本体13との開
口端13aは安定したシール部を確保する。
【0022】また、ガゼット部フィルムの幅と面部分フ
ィルムの幅をほぼ同じ寸法ししたことで、液体充填容器
の全体形状がほぼ正方体となり、フィルム面積を少なく
しながら、大きい内容物収容空間となり、また、液体充
填容器を棚に陳列した際の自立安定性も確保できる。
【0023】図3は本発明による液体充填容器の他の実
施例を示し。この実施例においては、内側に折り込まれ
る一方のガゼット部11の一面に、取出具16のフラン
ジ部14の一面が接し、内側に折り込まれる他方のガゼ
ット部11の一面に、取出具16のフランジ部14の他
面が接するようにして、取出具16のフランジ部14が
で袋状容器本体13の開口端13aに固着されている。

【発明の効果】以上述べたように本発明によれば、全体
形状がほぼ正方体となるので、同一面積の材料を用いた
場合に内容物収容容積を大きくできるとともに、棚に陳
列した際の自立安定性が確保され、また、フランジ部と
ガゼット部の内端との間に間隙が形成されないため、こ
の部分にピンホールが形成されることがなく、取出具と
袋状容器本体との安定したシール部を確保される。

Claims (4)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】内側に折り込まれるガゼット部と両面部分
    を有する袋状容器本体と、フランジ部および導管部を有
    しフランジ部を袋状容器本体の開口端に固着した取出具
    とを備えた液体充填容器において、上記ガゼット部の全
    幅寸法を袋状容器本体の一面の幅とほぼ同じ寸法とし、
    上記取出具のフランジ部を内側に折り込まれた各ガゼッ
    ト部に接して袋状容器本体の開口端に固着したことを特
    徴とする液体充填容器。
  2. 【請求項2】取出具のフランジ部の一面に各ガゼット部
    が接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体充填容
    器。
  3. 【請求項3】取出具のフランジ部の一面に一方のガゼッ
    ト部が接し、フランジ部の他面に他方のガゼット部が接
    することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体充填容器。
  4. 【請求項4】袋状容器本体の両面部分となるフィルム
    と、幅寸法を袋状容器本体の一面の幅とほぼ同じ寸法と
    し袋状容器本体のガゼット部となるフィルムを設け、袋
    状容器本体の一面部分となるフィルムの上に、内側に折
    り込んだガゼット部を折り込み端が当接または近接する
    ように配置し、各ガゼット部の一側部分を、袋状容器本
    体の一面部分となるフィルムに仮止めし、一面部分とな
    るフィルムに仮止めされたガゼット部の上に取出具をフ
    ランジ部がガゼット部の上に位置するように配置し、こ
    の取出具の上に袋状容器本体の他面部分となるフィルム
    を配置し、袋状容器本体と取出具をヒートシール手段に
    より一体的に結合することを特徴とする液体充填容器の
    製造方法。
