【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】構台、水平切梁、ア−スアンカー
の腹起等の、Ｈ型鋼又は山止め主材の剪断補強のスティ
フナーに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来は、構台、水平切梁、アースアンカ
ーの腹起等の、Ｈ型鋼又は山止め主材の剪断補強とし
て、Ｈ型鋼等のフランジ間に、ウエブに直交する１枚の
板状のスティフナーを溶接していた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来は、溶接構造であ
ったが、現検収基準ではスクラップ検収になる。また製
品としても溶接の付着物がつき、トラブルの要因となっ
た。また現場溶接が煩雑であり、解体にも手間がかかっ
た。
【０００４】この発明は、製品の保護とトラブルの解消
及び架設作業、解体作業の簡便化を図るために工夫され
たものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】Ｈ型鋼又は山止め主材の
剪断補強として、Ｈ型鋼等のウエブに直交するようフラ
ンジ間に板状のスティフナーを溶接する代わりに、板状
縦部材１に切欠き２を設け、該切欠き２にアングル材３
の一辺を挿入し前記板状縦部材１に固着したスティフナ
ーを、該板状縦部材１がＨ型鋼のウエブに直交するよう
フランジ間に嵌合し、Ｃ型組立治具等でＨ型鋼のフラン
ジと、前記スティフナーのアングル材３の板状縦部材１
を挿入していないフランジを挟締したり、Ｈ型鋼等のフ
ランジと該スティフナーの板状縦部材１を組立治具で連
結する。
【０００６】また、該スティフナーのアングル材３の板
状縦部材１を挿入していない一辺にボルト孔４を明け、
Ｈ型鋼等のフランジに明けたボルト孔と重合してボルト
５でＨ型鋼等と該スティフナーを締結することもある。

【実施例】以下図面によって実施例を説明する。
【０００８】図１はスティフナーの側面図を示し、板状
縦部材１の切欠き２にアングル材３の一辺が挿入され固
着してある。図２は図１の上面図である。板状縦部材１
が挿入されないアングル材２の一辺に、ボルト孔４を搾
孔することもある。
【０００９】図３は、構台の大引６に根太７が組合わさ
る部分に、該スティフナーをボルト５で大引６のフラン
ジに締結して使用した例である。
【００１０】図４は、山止めの腹起８と切梁９を連結す
る部分に該スティフナーをボルト５で締結して適用した
例である。
【００１１】図５はアースアンカー腹起１０に、ボルト
５で締結して、該スティフナーを適用した例である。

【発明の効果】この発明の効果は次の通りである。
【００１３】(イ) スティフナーをＨ型鋼等に、溶接しな
いため溶接の付着物がなく、製品が保護されトラブルが
ない。
【００１４】(ロ) 桁の上から作業が出来、架設時間も短
く簡便である。また解体も簡便・奇麗に出来る。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 板状縦部材１に切欠き２を入れ、該切欠
    き２にアングル材３の一辺を挿入し、前記板状縦部材１
    に固着してなることを特徴とする架構部材のスティフナ
    ー。
  2. 【請求項２】 板状縦部材１が挿入されていないアング
    ル材３の一辺に、ボルト貫通用のボルト孔４を明けた請
    求項１記載の架構部材のスティフナー。
