前記二重剥離シートは、識別マーカを有する活性化領域を備え、前記識別マーカは、刺激による活性化時、特徴的な波長プロファイルの放射を放出し、前記活性化領域は、前記二重剥離シートの層のうちの1つの中に、またはそれに隣接して位置している、二重剥離シート。

前記電気光学材料層は、電気泳動媒体を備え、前記電気泳動媒体は、疎水性油中に分散させられた複数の第1の種の粒子と複数の第2の種の粒子とを備え、前記第1の種の粒子は、帯電させられているか、または帯電させられず、前記第2の種の粒子は、前記電気泳動材料の合計粒子含有量の重量比約0.01重量%~約2重量%の含有量を有する前記識別マーカであり、前記第2の種の粒子は、二重剥離シートの目視検査、顕微鏡検査、または分光測定決定を介して、前記第1の種の粒子および前記電気泳動媒体中の任意の他の粒子から区別されることができる、項目19に記載の二重剥離シート。

電気光学デバイスおよびその構成要素のうちのいずれかを認証する方法であって、前記方法は、
電気光学デバイスを提供するステップであって、前記電気光学デバイスは、順番に、導電性光透過性層と、電気光学材料層と、接着剤層と、複数のピクセル電極を備えているバックプレーン基板とを備え、前記バックプレーン基板は、前記導電性光透過性層と前記ピクセル電極との間に電位を印加するように構成され、前記電気光学デバイスは、識別マーカを有する活性化領域を備え、前記識別マーカは、活性化時、特徴的な波長プロファイルの放射を放出し、前記活性化領域は、前記電気光学デバイスの層のうちの1つの中に、またはそれに隣接して位置している、ステップと、
刺激によって前記識別マーカを活性にするステップと、
前記識別マーカによって引き起こされた前記放出された電磁放射を検出するステップと、
前記電気光学デバイスまたはその構成要素のうちのいずれかの真正性を決定するステップ、または、前記電気光学デバイスまたはその構成要素のうちのいずれかの製造ロットを決定するステップと
を含む、方法。
a.それは、目視検査を介して、または分析器具の使用を介して容易に検出可能であるべきである。
b.それは、電気光学デバイスの動作または外観に著しく干渉するべきではない。
