Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年11月30日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2018-0152230号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、コーティング組成物に関する。
○:エマルジョンが形成されず、透明
△:少量のエマルジョンが形成されるが、商業的使用に問題はなし
X:エマルジョンが多量形成されて不透明
○:エマルジョンが形成されず、透明
△:少量のエマルジョンが形成されるが、商業的使用に問題はなし
X:エマルジョンが多量形成されて不透明
2)反応器にDBU(1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセ-7-エン、1,8-Diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undec-7-ene)を化学式A-1の化合物の投入量に対して0.1倍の当量でゆっくり投入する。
3)約25℃の温度で約12時間の間撹拌する。
4)ステップ2)で投入されたエタノールと同一なモル数の塩酸(HCl)を添加する。
5)反応を終了した後、ステップ4)の結果物を濾過して固体状態の最終生成物を収得する。
Claims (29)
- 前記化学式1のR3は、-OX1又は-NX1 2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1のR1~R2及びR4~R5のうちいずれか一つは、-OX1であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1のR6又はR7は、シアノ基、-C(=O)-X2、-C(=O)-O-X2又は-O-C(=O)-X2であり、上記でX2は、アルキル基であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1のR6又はR7は、シアノ基又は-C(=O)-O-X2であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1の化合物は、下記化学式2の化合物と化学式3の化合物の反応生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物:
- 前記化学式2のR10は、-OX3又は-NX3 2であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式2のR8~R9及びR11~R12のうちいずれか一つは、-OX3であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式3のR13~R16のうち少なくとも2個は水素であるが、残り2個は、それぞれ独立的にシアノ基、-C(=O)-X4、-C(=O)-O-X4又は-O-C(=O)-X4であり、上記でX2は、アルキル基であることを特徴とする、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式3のR13~R16のうち少なくとも2個は水素であるが、残り2個は、それぞれ独立的にシアノ基又は-C(=O)-O-X4であり、上記でX2は、アルキル基であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1の化合物は、前記化学式2の化合物1モル当たり0.5モル~1.5モルの範囲内の化学式3の化合物が反応した反応生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記離型剤は、シリコーン樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記シリコーン樹脂は、付加硬化型シリコーン樹脂、縮合硬化型シリコーン樹脂又は紫外線硬化型シリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記離型剤を1重量%~20重量%の範囲内の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記溶媒の密度は、0.5g/cm3~1.5g/cm3の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記溶媒の常温誘電定数は、1~25の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記溶媒は、沸点が100℃超過115℃以下の第1溶媒を含む混合溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記混合溶媒は、前記第1溶媒を50重量%以上の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記混合溶媒は、沸点が85℃超過100℃以下の第2溶媒を前記第1溶媒100重量部に対して50重量部~200重量部の範囲内の割合でさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記混合溶媒は、沸点が79℃以上85℃以下の第3溶媒を前記第1溶媒100重量部に対して50重量部~200重量部の範囲内の割合でさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記混合溶媒は、沸点が85℃超過100℃以下の第2溶媒を前記第1溶媒100重量部に対して10重量部~100重量部の範囲内の割合でさらに含み、沸点が79℃以上85℃以下の第3溶媒を前記第1溶媒100重量部に対して10重量部~100重量部の範囲内の割合でさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項18~20のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記溶媒を前記離型剤100重量部に対して500重量部~2000重量部の範囲内の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記化学式1の化合物を前記離型剤100重量部に対して0.1重量部以上の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~22のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 請求項1~23のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物の硬化物を含むことを特徴とする、離型層。
- 請求項24に記載の離型層を含むことを特徴とする、離型フィルム。
- 85℃の温度及び85%の相対湿度で100時間保管した後、25℃の温度及び50%相対湿度で1時間放置してASTM D1003規格で測定したヘイズは、9%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の離型フィルム。
- 離型層の表面エネルギーは、10mN/m~50mN/mの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項25または26に記載の離型フィルム。
- 粘着剤層をさらに含み、前記離型層は、前記粘着剤層の少なくとも一面に存在することを特徴とする、請求項25~27のいずれか一項に記載の離型フィルム。
- 離型層の前記粘着剤層に対する離型剥離力は、10gf/2.54cm(インチ)~40gf/2.54cm(インチ)の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の離型フィルム。
