Claims (16)
- 巻線型コイルと、前記巻線型コイルの上部及び下部上にそれぞれ配置されて互いに連結される第1及び第2コアとを含む本体と、
前記本体の外部面上に配置され、前記巻線型コイルの両端部に連結される外部電極と、を含み、
前記第1及び第2コアの間には接合面が配置され、
前記接合面は、前記第1及び第2コア内に含まれる樹脂と同種の樹脂で構成される、コイル部品。 - 前記樹脂は熱硬化性樹脂である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂はエポキシ樹脂である、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2コアのそれぞれは、磁性粉末と、前記磁性粉末の表面を直接コーティングする樹脂と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粉末のうち互いに隣接する磁性粉末は、前記樹脂のみによって絶縁される、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粉末の表面は、前記磁性粉末を構成する組成と同一又は異なる組成を含む無機物層を含まない、請求項4又は5に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粉末は、Fe、Fe-Ni系合金、Fe-Si系合金、Fe-Si-Al系合金、Fe-Cr-Si系合金、Fe系アモルファス合金、Fe系ナノ結晶合金、Co系アモルファス合金、Fe-Co系合金、Fe-N系合金、MnZn系フェライト、及びNiZn系フェライトのうちから選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2コア内における樹脂以外の残留硬化剤又は残留バインダーの含有量は0wt%である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2コアの間にボイド層をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ボイド層はエアギャップである、請求項9に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ボイド層の最大層厚は1μmより薄い、請求項9又は10に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接合面は、前記第1及び第2コア内に含まれる樹脂と同種の樹脂以外に別途の接着剤を含まない、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記本体は、幅方向において対向する第1側面及び第2側面、長さ方向において対向する第1端面及び第2端面、厚さ方向において対向する上面及び下面を含み、前記本体は、幅と長さがそれぞれ5.0mm及び5.0mmの5050サイズで構成される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1コア内の樹脂と前記第2コア内の樹脂は、少なくとも一部領域で直接接触する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接合面は硬化したエポキシを含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記接合面は所定の厚さを有する帯状である、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
