図1に示すように、本発明の一実施形態におけるインダクタ素子の製造方法により製造されるインダクタ素子2は、巻線部4と、コア部6と、を有する。巻線部4では、導体5がコイル状に巻回してある。コア部6は、巻線部4の内周側に位置する内周部(中芯部とも言う)6aと、巻線部4の外周側に位置する外周部6bと、を有する。巻線部4を構成する導体5とコア部6の隙間部6cには、コア部6を構成する磁性体粉および樹脂が入り込んでいる。
以下、第2実施形態について図4〜図6を用いて説明するが、第1実施形態と共通する点(共通する構成および作用効果など/以下同様)については説明を省略する。

以下、第4実施形態について図10〜図12を用いて説明するが、第1実施形態〜第3実施形態と共通する点については説明を省略する。
実施例1では、図2および図3に示す形状の予備成形体を予備圧縮成形にて作製し、その後、本圧縮を行い図1に示す形状のインダクタ素子を得た。
比較例1では、予備成形圧縮時および本圧縮時の圧力以外は実施例1と同様の方法で予備成形体を作製し、本圧縮を行い、表1に示す各比較例のインダクタ素子のサンプル(試料番号11〜13)を得た。結果を表1に示す。
図8,図9に示す形状の5個の予備成形体を作製し、図7に示す態様で本圧縮を行った点以外は試料番号1と同様にして試料番号31のインダクタ素子を作製した。
実施例1の試料番号1と同様に顆粒を作製したのちに、本圧縮用の金型のキャビティにインサート部材を配置し、顆粒を充填させ、予備圧縮成形なしで本圧縮を行った。予備圧縮成形なしで本圧縮を行った点以外は実施例1の試料番号1と同様にして試料番号51のインダクタ素子を作製した。

Claims (5)
- コイル状に導体が巻回してある巻線部を有するインサート部材を準備する工程と、
磁性粉体および樹脂を含む顆粒を2.5×102 〜1×103 MPaの圧力で予備圧縮成形して複数の予備成形体を得る工程と、
前記複数の予備成形体の接合界面が断続的に形成されるように、前記インサート部材および前記複数の予備成形体を一体化する工程と、を有するインダクタ素子の製造方法。 - 前記インサート部材および前記複数の予備成形体を一体化する工程が本圧縮により行われる請求項1に記載のインダクタ素子の製造方法。
