Abstract
【解決手段】コイル部品の製造方法は、絶縁被膜と金属導体から形成されるコイル10とコイルの引出部14を準備する工程と、第1磁性粒子と第1樹脂を混合した第1複合磁性材料を第1圧力により圧縮成形することで成形体20を形成する工程と、成形体20とコイル10を組み合わせ複合体70とする工程と、複合体70を第2圧力により圧縮成形することでコイル10を有する磁性体部を形成する工程を備える。磁性体部を形成する工程において、引出部14は、成形体20の外側に配置され、第1圧力よりも低い第2圧力とする圧縮成形により磁性体部を形成する。

Claims (10)
- 絶縁被膜と金属導体から形成されるコイルとコイルの引出部を準備する工程と、
第1磁性粒子と第1樹脂を混合した第1複合磁性材料を第1圧力により圧縮成形することで第1成形体を形成する工程と、
前記第1成形体とコイルを組み合わせ複合体とする工程と、
前記複合体を第2圧力により圧縮成形することで前記コイルを有する磁性体部を形成する工程と、を備え、
前記磁性体部を形成する工程において、前記引出部は前記第1成形体の外側に配置され、前記第1圧力よりも低い前記第2圧力とする圧縮成形により前記磁性体部を形成する、コイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記磁性体部を形成する工程において、前記複合体と、第2磁性粒子と第2樹脂を混合した第2複合磁性材料とを、前記第2圧力により圧縮成形することで前記磁性体部を形成する、請求項1記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体部を形成する工程において、前記複合体と、第2磁性粒子と第2樹脂を混合した第2複合磁性材料を第3圧力により圧縮成形することで形成された第3成形体とを、前記第3圧力より低い前記第2圧力により圧縮成形することで前記磁性体部を形成する、請求項1記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体部を形成する工程において、前記第2圧力の圧縮方向に前記磁性体部の略中央部を見て、前記第1成形体の寸法に対し前記第1成形体から作られる前記磁性体部の寸法の変化率が10%以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体部を形成する工程において、前記磁性体部は金型内部に入れられることにより外形形状が形成され、前記第2圧力の圧縮方向に対し垂直な面で見て、前記金型の内側面の最大寸法に対する前記複合体の最大寸法の差が10%以下の大きさである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記第1成形体を形成する工程は、前記第1複合磁性材料を加熱して圧縮成形することで、前記第1成形体を形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体部を形成する工程は、前記複合体を加熱して圧縮成形することで、前記磁性体部を形成する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記複合体とする工程において、前記コイルの一部を曲げ加工して前記第1成形体に組み付ける、請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 少なくとも前記磁性体部の一部に研磨加工と絶縁処理を行った後に、前記磁性体部の表面に電極を形成する工程を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体部の圧縮方向の寸法が0.55mm以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
