Description
好ましくは、酸素含有量は導体部の方がサイド部より大きい。
別途、好ましくは、内部導体はAgまたはCuの少なくとも一方を含む。
また、評価の対象となる磁性粒子は絶縁性の確認をする視点から、粒径がSEM観察像のコントラストでX方向、Y方向のいずれも1μm以上、また鉄粒子以外のものとした。
得られたグリーンシートを内部導体21がらせん状となる様に積層し、積層方向に圧力を加えてグリーンシートを圧着した後、コイル部品サイズに切断し積層体を形成する。
磁性体部は、表1のとおりの原料粒子を用いた。表中、FeSiCr(1)粒子は、3.5wt%のSi、4.0wt%のCr、残部Feの組成、粒子のサイズは6μmの平均粒径、FeSiCr(2)粒子は、2.0wt%のSi、2.0wt%のCr、残部Feの組成、粒子のサイズは6μmの平均粒径、FeSiAl粒子は、3.5wt%のSi、4.0wt%のAl、残部Feの組成、粒子のサイズは6μmの平均粒径、FeSi粒子は、3.0wt%のSi、残部Feの組成、粒子のサイズは6μmの平均粒径、Fe粒子は0.4wt%の不純物、残部Feの組成、粒子のサイズは2μmの平均粒径、である原料粒子とした。また、実施例7では、FeSiCr(1)粒子とFeSiAl粒子の60:40(重量比)の混合物を、実施例8では、FeSiCr(1)粒子とFeSiCr(2)粒子の50:50(重量比)の混合物を、実施例10、11ではFeSiCr粒子とFe粒子の90:10(重量比)の混合物、として製造した。
合金系磁性粒子85wt%、ブチルカルビトール(溶剤)が13wt%、ポリビニルブチラール(バインダ)2wt%からなる磁性体ペーストを調製した。ドクターブレードを用いて、この磁性体ペーストをプラスチック製のベースフィルムの表面に塗工し、これを熱風乾燥機で、約80℃、約5minの条件で乾燥した。このようにしてベースフィルム上にグリーンシートを得た。その後、グリーンシートをカットした。
酸素含有量については、EDSによって大小を比較する。上記に示したように磁性体部の導体部11、コア部12、カバー部13・14、サイド部15の各箇所の断面が見える試料を作成する。それぞれの断面について、SEM−EDSのZAF法により、単位面積当たりに検出されるFeとO(酸素)から、O/Fe比を求める。ここでは、各箇所の評価する範囲は、カバー部13・14を上下方向(カバー部13・14のいずれが上でも良い)に見たとき、各箇所の上下方向、左右方向の中心に当たる場所決め、この部分を中心として200倍の倍率で、0.05mm×0.05mmに相当する範囲として行った。ここで得られたO/Fe比の数値を用い、導体部11の断面のO/Fe比に対するコア部12の断面のO/Fe比を求め、酸素含有量の比較を行った。また、同様に、導体部11の断面のO/Fe比に対するサイド部15の断面のO/Fe比を求めた。ここで得られたそれぞれの酸素含有量の比較を、導体部の酸素含有量に対するコア部の酸素含有量、導体部の酸素含有量に対するサイド部の酸素含有量を求め、酸素含有量の比較を行った。
なお、比較例3については、厚みとして検出することはできなかった。(表2では、「−」として表記している。)

- 磁性体部と、中心軸をもつ螺旋形状に形成された内部導体と、を備え、
内部導体は磁性体部に埋め込まれていて、
前記中心軸を上下方向に含む平面における断面において磁性体部は、
(1)前記螺旋形状の隣接する周回間に位置する導体部、
(2)前記中心軸を含み前記螺旋形状の周回の内側に位置するコア部、
(3)前記螺旋形状の下端より下または上端より上に位置するカバー部、及び
(4)前記螺旋形状の周回の外側に位置するサイド部、
に区画可能であり、
磁性体部は鉄系軟磁性粒子及び少なくとも1種以上の鉄より酸化しやすい元素の酸化膜を備え、隣接する前記鉄系軟磁性粒子どうしの結合の少なくとも一部は前記酸化膜を介しており、
磁性体部の断面から検出されるFeとOから求められるO/Fe比を酸素含有量としたとき、酸素含有量は導体部の方がコア部より大きい、
コイル部品。 - 磁性体部の断面から検出されるFeとOから求められるO/Fe比を酸素含有量としたとき、酸素含有量は前記導体部の方が前記サイド部より大きい請求項1記載のコイル部品。
