Description
図4に示すように、本発明の積層型電子部品に比べて、比較例の積層型電子部品は、インダクタンス値が低下していることがわかる。
図5に示すように、本発明の積層型電子部品に比べて、比較例の積層型電子部品は、耐電圧が低下していることがわかる。
図6に示すように、本発明の積層型電子部品と、比較例の積層型電子部品は、直流重畳特性に大きな差は見られないことが分かる。
以上より、本発明による積層型インダクタは、高い直流重畳特性と低損失化を両立し、さらに、耐電圧とインダクタンス値の低下を抑制することができる。
また、非磁性フェライト部の厚み、位置、配置数は、所望の特性に応じて変えることができる。

Claims (6)
- 金属磁性体粒子を含む金属磁性体層を有する積層体と、該積層体中に内蔵されるコイルとを備え、
該コイルは、コイルの巻軸方向に沿って積層される複数の導体パターンが螺旋状に接続されてなり、
該積層体は、該コイルの巻軸方向からみて少なくとも該コイルの内側領域に配置される非磁性フェライト部を含み、
前記金属磁性体粒子の体積平均粒径は、積層される前記導体パターン間の距離よりも大きく、
該積層体はその構成にガラスを含まない積層型電子部品。 - 前記非磁性フェライト部は、前記コイルの巻軸方向と直交する層形状であり、その外周部が前記積層体の表面に露出している請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性フェライト部は、前記コイルを横断して配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性フェライト部は、積層される前記導体パターン間に更に配置される請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性フェライト部は、前記コイルの少なくとも一方の端部に接して配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記非磁性フェライト部を構成する材料の体積平均粒径は、前記金属磁性体粒子の体積平均粒径よりも小さい請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の積層型電子部品。
