Abstract
Description

代替的又は追加的に、画像は、段差のある変化の特定時にリアルタイムで取得され登録され、又は、画像は、所定時間中に撮像された連続する若しくは一連の画像から取得されるとともに、その後、特定された段差のある変化に登録される。
代替的又は追加的に、システムは、プルバック機構をさらに含み、プルバック機構は、長手方向に血管を通る第1の器具を第1の位置から第2の位置へ動かすように構成される。

Claims (14)
- 患者の血管を評価するためのシステムであって、
プロセッサを備え、該プロセッサは、
第1の器具が第1の位置から第2の位置に血管を通って長手方向に移動する間に、ある時間間隔にわたって血管内にある第1の器具から第1の一連の圧力測定値を取得し、
第2の器具が血管内の固定された長手位置に留まっている間に、前記時間間隔にわたって血管内に配置された第2の器具から第2の一連の圧力測定値を取得し、
第1の圧力測定値及び第2の圧力測定値を使用して一連の圧力比値を計算し、
一連の圧力比値を使用して、当該時間間隔における圧力比曲線を生成し、
前記圧力比曲線をディスプレイシステムに出力し、
自動段差検出プロセスを使用して、前記圧力比曲線における段差のある変化を特定し、
前記圧力比曲線における特定された段差のある変化に対応する血管内の第1の器具の位置を示す画像を取得し、
前記圧力比曲線における特定された段差のある変化に画像を登録し、
前記ディスプレイシステムに前記画像を出力する
ように構成され、
前記自動段差検出プロセスは、
第1の閾値変化値以上である圧力比曲線に沿った第1のウィンドウ内の圧力比値の変化を特定することによって段差のある変化の開始点の一般的な位置を特定し、かつ、
第2の閾値変化値以上である圧力比曲線に沿った第2のウィンドウ内の圧力比値における変化を特定することによって開始点の最適化された位置を特定することを含み、
前記第2のウィンドウは前記第1のウィンドウよりも小さく、前記第2の閾値変化値は前記第1の閾値変化値よりも小さい、システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、ユーザインターフェースを含み、前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザインターフェースを介して行われたユーザによる命令に応じて、前記ディスプレイシステムに画像を選択的に出力するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザによる命令は、前記ユーザが、前記ディスプレイシステム上の予め設定された位置にカーソルを配置することを含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイシステム上の前記予め設定された位置は、前記圧力比曲線上の段差変化インジケータの場所を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記圧力比曲線上で特定された段差のある変化に対応する前記圧力比曲線上の段差変化インジケータを前記ディスプレイシステムに出力するように構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記段差変化インジケータは、前記圧力比曲線上の段差のある変化の開始点にあるインジケータ、前記圧力比曲線上の段差のある変化の終了点にあるインジケータ、前記圧力比曲線上の段差のある変化の開始点と終了点との間の差を示すインジケータ、又はこれらの組み合せを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、ユーザインターフェース機能を含み、前記ユーザインターフェース機能は、ユーザが画像上にカーソルを置くことを可能にし、前記プロセッサは、応答して、画像に対応する圧力比曲線上の位置を示すインジケータを前記ディスプレイシステムに出力するように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 段差のある変化を特定するように構成されているプロセッサが、段差のある変化の開始点を特定するように構成されているプロセッサを含み、前記画像が、段差のある変化の開始点における血管内の前記第1の器具の位置を示す、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 段差のある変化を特定するように構成されているプロセッサが、段差のある変化の終了点を特定するように構成されているプロセッサを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、段差のある変化の終了点での血管内の前記第1の器具の位置を示す第2の画像を取得するとともに、段差のある変化の特定された終了点に前記第2の画像を登録するようにさらに構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイシステムをさらに含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像は、段差のある変化の特定時にリアルタイムで取得されるとともに登録され、又は、前記画像は、所定時間内に撮像された連続する若しくは一連の画像から取得されるとともに、その後、特定された段差のある変化に登録される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記自動段差検出プロセスは、
第3の閾値変化値以下である圧力比曲線に沿った第3のウィンドウ内の圧力比値における変化を特定することによって段差のある変化の終了点の一般的な位置を特定し、
第4の閾値変化値以下である圧力比曲線に沿った第4のウィンドウ内の圧力比値における変化を特定することによって曲線に沿った終了点の最適化された位置を特定することを含み、
前記第4のウィンドウは前記第3のウィンドウよりも小さく、前記第4の閾値変化値は前記第3の閾値変化値よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記自動段差検出プロセスを使用して曲線内の1つ以上の追加的な段差のある変化を特定するとともに、1つ以上の追加的な段差のある変化に対応する血管内の前記第1の器具の位置を示す1つ以上の追加的な画像を取得し、かつ、1つ以上の追加的な段差のある変化に対応する1つ以上の追加的な画像を登録するようにさらに構成される、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
