Description
Claims (14)
- 患者の血管の治療を計画するためのシステムであって、
前記患者の血管に導入するための寸法及び形状を持つ第1及び第2器具と、
前記第1及び第2器具と通信する処理システムと、
を有し、前記処理システムは、
診断手順の間に、前記患者の血管内に位置される前記第1及び第2器具から圧力測定値を取得し、
第1視覚化装置上に、血管の画像を、取得された前記圧力測定値に基づく診断視覚化情報と共に表示し、
第2視覚化装置上に、血管の関心領域のクローズアップである該血管の一部を、前記取得された圧力測定値に基づく前記診断視覚化情報と共に表示し、
前記血管のクローズアップされた前記関心領域上に重ねられた処置デバイスとシミュレーションされた圧力比との視覚化とにより、前記第2視覚化装置の表示を更新する、
システム。 - 前記第1及び第2視覚化装置が、識別された治療オプションに関連する1以上の治療装置の配置を誘導するために使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2視覚化装置が、タッチスクリーンを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2視覚化装置上に表示される画像が、第1視覚化装置上に表示される画像よりも高い倍率におけるものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2視覚化装置は前記第1視覚化装置より高い倍率が可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管の画像が血管外画像を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管外画像が、二次元血管造影画像、三次元血管造影画像及びコンピュータトモグラフィ血管造影(CTA)画像のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管の画像が血管内画像を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管内画像が、血管内超音波(IVUS)画像及び光干渉断層撮影(OCT)画像のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記診断視覚化情報が、前記第1器具からの圧力測定値、前記第2器具からの圧力測定値、前記第1及び第2器具からの圧力測定値の比、FFR値、又は、iFR値のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記診断視覚化情報が、前記第1及び第2器具から取得された圧力測定値の圧力比の変化に基づく輝度マップを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記診断視覚化情報が、前記第1及び第2器具から取得された圧力測定値の圧力比の勾配のグラフを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 更に、第2治療オプションをシミュレーションし、ここで、該第2治療オプションのシミュレーションは、該第2治療オプションの予測される結果に基づいて前記診断視覚化情報を修正することを含み、
前記第1及び第2治療オプションに関連する前記修正された診断視覚化情報を比較して、推奨される治療オプションを識別する、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1及び第2治療オプションが、血管形成の実行、1以上のステントの留置、薬剤の投与、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
