実施例1の溶液1.1を、70マイクロメートルの湿潤厚さまでローラーコーティングを用いて250マイクロメートルのポリカーボネートフィルム基材に再び適用した。湿潤コーティングを乾燥させ、100℃のオーブンで部分的に硬化させて、タックフリー性の硬化性コーティングを得た。
実施例1の溶液1.1を、70マイクロメートルの湿潤厚さまでローラーコーティングを用いて250マイクロメートルのポリカーボネートフィルム基材に再び適用した。湿潤コーティングを乾燥させ、100℃のオーブンで部分的に硬化させて、タックフリー性の硬化性コーティングを得た。
実施例1の溶液1.1を、70マイクロメートルの湿潤厚さまでローラーコーティングを用いて250マイクロメートルのポリカーボネートフィルム基材に再び適用した。湿潤コーティングを乾燥させ、100℃のオーブンで部分的に硬化させて、タックフリー性の硬化性コーティングを得た。
Claims (8)
- 高分子フィルム基材と、
第1の側面及び第2の側面を有する硬化性コーティングであって、前記硬化性コーティングの前記第1の側面は、前記高分子フィルム基材上に配置されており、前記硬化性コーティングの前記第2の側面は、押圧又はエンボス加工により付与されたテクスチャリングを有する、硬化性コーティングと、
第1の側面及び第2の側面を有する保護被覆層であって、前記保護被覆層の前記第1の側面は、前記硬化性コーティングの前記第2の側面上に配置されており、
前記保護被覆層の少なくとも前記第1の側面が、テクスチャ加工されている、保護被覆層と、を備えるハードコートフィルム。 - 前記硬化性コーティングの前記第2の側面上のテクスチャリングが、前記保護被覆層の前記第1の側面のテクスチャから付与され、前記硬化性コーティングの前記第2の面からのテクスチャが、グレアを低減する、請求項1に記載のハードコートフィルム。
- 前記高分子フィルム基材が、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、PMMA、又はポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、及びPMMAのうちの1つ以上の多層共押出物である、請求項1に記載のハードコートフィルム。
- 前記硬化性コーティングが半硬化であり、前記硬化性コーティングが紫外線によって硬化可能である、請求項1に記載のハードコートフィルム。
- 熱及び/又は真空を用いて三次元パターンに形成可能であり、ハードコートフィルムを三次元パターンに設定及び/又は熱硬化させる、請求項1に記載のハードコートフィルム。
- 熱及び/又は真空を用いて三次元パターンに形成可能であり、三次元パターンに設定及び/又は熱硬化させる、請求項1に記載のハードコートフィルム、及び
高分子フィルム基材の第1面上に射出成形されたプラスチック部品、を有する成形装飾物品。 - 前記ハードコートフィルムが所望のパターン又は画像に切断されている請求項6に記載の成形装飾物品。
- 高分子フィルム基材の第1面上に画像が印刷され、前記印刷された画像が成形装飾物品内に入れられている請求項6に記載の成形装飾物品。
