Abstract
Description
電気自動車(EV)の複数のコンポーネントに接続された複数のCANバスを備えたコントローラエリアネットワーク(CAN)と、
CANに接続され、EVの複数のコンポーネントをCAN信号に基づいて監視及び/又は制御するように構成された車両コントローラと、を備え、
複数のCANバス及びそれらのコンポーネントは、
モータコントローラシステムに接続されたドライブCANバスと、
バッテリシステムに接続されたバッテリCANバスと、
テレマティックスシステムに接続されたテレマティックスCANバスと、を備える、
システムが提供される。
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいてヒータ要素の活性化を最適化し、
故障状態の場合はHVパワーからそれ自体を隔離し、
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいて流体流入/流出温度を調整する、
ように構成することができる。

・(T)ruck(トラック)=オンラインダッシュボードを介して表示される商用EV10の診断及び動作最適化。この車両診断ツールは、事前の(proactive)及び事後の(reactive)双方の車両監視、診断、及び修理を可能とする。一例として、EV10が停車場に戻る前に車両LED光の故障を事前に報告し、従って保守グループは車両が戻った際に修理を行う準備をする。
・(D)river(ドライバ)=ドライバと商用EV10の相互作用を最適化し、その後、車両性能を最適化するためのテレメトリ。世界的な研究によって、ドライバはEVの全性能に対して最大で15%の影響を及ぼし得るので、ドライバと商用EVの相互作用を監視すること(その後、良好なドライバ技能に報酬を与える能力を有すること)は、テレマティックスシステムの重要な利点である。監視され得る動作及び/又は性能パラメータには、加速度、制動、コーナリング、バッテリ再生、運転室温度、及び速度が含まれる。
・(D)elivery(配送)=「スマートトラック(Smart Truck)」を、有料荷重配送及び受領者通信に連動させる能力。様々な理由による配送ミスの高いコストを削減する大きなチャンスである。開発の目的は、意図される家庭配送時間を事前に伝えることを可能とし、受領者によって(スマートフォン応答によって)その時間の確認を行う、新しい時間の提案を行う、又はドライバに特定の場所で引き渡すよう許可することである。この配達保証によって、オーストラリア又は他の地理的に広く分散した市場において実証され、(オンラインショッピング活動の増大のため)大きくなっている費用のかかる問題について、引き渡し当たりのコストの劇的な削減がオペレータに与えられる。
・(R)oute(ルート)=ルートプランニング及びリアルタイム最適化のためのルートデータ収集の重要性に関連する。毎日の配送ルートプロファイルは周期的に変化するので、ルートプランニングは、最適化されたサービス配送の非常に重要な機能である。この機能にとってデータ収集は重要であるので、管理システム54のテレマティックスシステムがルートデータを連続的に収集できることを保証し、これによって周期的ルート最適化及びリアルタイムルート最適化の双方を実行できることは非常に重要である。一例として、家庭配送受領者が前もって配送時間の変更を要求し、現在スケジューリングされているルートを、必要な配送及び集荷の全てをその特定の日に実行できるもっと効率的なルートに変更するよう車両に求めることが挙げられる。
Claims (20)
- 商用電気自動車(EV)のための管理システムであって、
前記EVの複数のコンポーネントに接続された複数のCANバスを備えたコントローラエリアネットワーク(CAN)と、
前記CANに接続され、前記EVの前記複数のコンポーネントをCAN信号に基づいて監視及び/又は制御するように構成された車両コントローラと、を備え、
前記複数のCANバス及びそれらのコンポーネントは、
モータコントローラシステムに接続されたドライブCANバスと、
バッテリシステムに接続されたバッテリCANバスと、
テレマティックスシステムに接続されたテレマティックスCANバスと、を備える、
管理システム。 - 前記モータコントローラシステムは、前記モータに接続されたモータコントローラを備え、
前記車両コントローラは、後退を防ぐように前記電気モータのトルクを制御することで、ブレーキを使用しながら運転されている場合に前記EVの位置を維持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の管理システム。 - 前記車両コントローラは更に、前記EVが惰走しており前記電気モータによって前記EVの高電圧(HV)バッテリに供給される回生電流を調整しているか否かを判定することによって、回生制動を制御するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の管理システム。
- 前記車両コントローラは更に、前記モータコントローラの動作温度を測定すると共に、冷却ポンプ及びラジエータファンの速度を調整して所定の動作温度を維持するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の管理システム。
- 前記車両コントローラは更に、前記EVのアクセルペダルの適用率を決定すると共に、前記モータコントローラによって供給されるパワーを監視して前記EVのドライバの運転効率を最適化し報告するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の管理システム。
- 前記バッテリシステムは、前記HVバッテリに接続されたバッテリ管理システム(BMS)を備え、
前記車両コントローラは、バッテリ温度を監視すると共に、前記バッテリ温度に基づいて前記HVバッテリに供給される電流を最適化するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の管理システム。 - 前記車両コントローラは更に、前記HVバッテリのバッテリコンタクタの状態を監視すると共に、前記EVの始動に必要な時間量を最適化するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の管理システム。
- 前記BMSは、前記EVの効率を最適化するように、前記EVの複数の補助コンポーネントを選択的に活性化及び非活性化するように構成されたHV配電箱を備える、請求項7に記載の管理システム。
- 前記複数の補助コンポーネントは、前記モータコントローラ、前記EVの運転室内のHVヒータ、HV空調(AC)コンプレッサ、エアコンプレッサ、パワーステアリングポンプ、HV充電器、及びそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項8に記載の管理システム。
- 前記テレマティックスシステムは、前記EV、前記EVのドライバ、又はそれら双方に関連した複数のパラメータを収集及び解析するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の管理システム。
- 前記複数のパラメータは、加速度、制動、コーナリング、バッテリ再生、運転室温度、速度、有料荷重配送、配送ルート、配送時間、診断、修理、保守、及びそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項10に記載の管理システム。
- 前記テレマティックスシステムは更に、車両用娯楽システム、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、タブレットコンピュータ、スマートフォン、及びそれらの組み合わせを含むコンピューティングデバイスに、前記複数のパラメータを伝達するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の管理システム。
- 前記テレマティックスシステムは更に、前記複数のパラメータを表示する前記コンピューティングデバイス上のダッシュボードを生成するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の管理システム。
- 前記HVヒータは、
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいてヒータ要素の活性化を最適化し、
故障状態の場合はHVパワーからそれ自体を隔離し、
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいて流体流入/流出温度を調整する、
ように構成されている、請求項9に記載の管理システム。 - 前記HV ACコンプレッサは、
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいてヒータ要素の活性化を最適化し、
故障状態の場合はHVパワーからそれ自体を隔離し、
環境及びユーザの条件に基づいて流体流入/流出温度を調整する、
ように構成されている、請求項9に記載の管理システム。 - 前記冷却ポンプは、前記EVの効率を最適化するように、低電圧(LV)制御からの入力に基づいて可変速度を有するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の管理システム。
- 前記冷却ポンプは更に、前記EVの効率を最適化するように、前記LV制御からの入力に基づいて可変速度を有するように構成されている、請求項16に記載の管理システム。
- 前記バッテリシステムは更に、HV充電器を備え、
前記車両コントローラは、前記CANを介して前記EVの動作条件を評価すると共に、前記HVバッテリを充電するためHV直流(DC)によって与えられる電力を最適化するように、前記HV充電器を制御するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の管理システムを用いてEVを動作させる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の管理システムを備えた、EV。
