Claims (15)
- 導管(1)をコーティングする方法、特に自動車導管、好ましくは燃料用又は油圧油用又はその両方用の導管をコーティングする方法であって、
金属製内管(2)を使用し、
前記金属製内管(2)の外面に、少なくとも1つの金属層(3)が設けられ、
その直後に、前記金属層(3)に少なくとも1つの接着層(5)が塗布され、
その直後に、前記導管(1)に少なくとも1つの外層(7)が設けられ、
少なくとも前記接着層(5)は、プラズマコーティングにより塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記金属層(3)は、「アルミニウム、亜鉛、アルミニウム合金、亜鉛合金」からなる群のうち少なくとも1つの金属を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記金属層(3)は、溶融めっき塗工により、前記内管(2)に塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記金属層(3)は、前記内管(2)に50~200μmの層厚で塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記接着層(5)は、10nm~10μm、特に10~700nmの層厚で塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記プラズマコーティングは、接着剤を用いて常圧又は大気圧にて実施される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記プラズマコーティングは、物理蒸着工程又は化学蒸着工程又はその両方によって実施される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
プラズマコーティング装置(6)は、プラズマコーティングに使用され、
前記プラズマコーティング装置(6)に、前記接着層(5)の材料が粉末状で供給される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記接着層(5)の材料は、プラズマコーティング装置(6)で気相に変換され、
前記材料は、その後、固体状で前記導管(1)上に蒸着される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記外層(7)として、少なくとも1つのポリマーの層、特に、少なくとも1つのポリアミド又は少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン又はその両方の層が使用される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記金属層(3)と前記接着層(5)との間に、クロムフリー中間層(4)が点在する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
クロムフリー中間層(4)は、少なくとも1つのリン酸塩処理剤を有し、特に、少なくとも1つのリン酸塩処理剤からなる又は実質的に少なくとも1つのリン酸塩処理剤からなる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
クロムフリー中間層(4)は、0.2~1μmの層厚で塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記外層(7)は、0.2~3mmの層厚で塗布される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 導管、特に自動車導管、好ましくは燃料用又は油圧油用又はその両方用の導管であって、
特に請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法によりコーティングされており、
前記導管(1)は、金属製内管(2)を有し、
前記金属製内管(2)上に、金属層(3)が設けられており、
前記金属層(3)上に、接着層(5)が存在しており、
前記導管(1)は、外層(7)を付加的に有し、
前記接着層(5)は、プラズマコーティングにより塗布されている
ことを特徴とする導管。
