Claims (16)

を含み、
前記薬剤バイアルの中の薬剤の密度よりも小さい密度を有する複数の磁気ビーズをさらに含み、前記複数の磁気ビーズは、前記薬剤バイアルの中に配設され、前記薬剤バイアルの中の前記薬剤の中に浮遊しており、前記薬剤ボリュームセンサは、前記薬剤バイアルに近接して磁気センサを含み、前記薬剤バイアルの中の前記磁気ビーズの場所を検出することを特徴とするシステム。 - 送達された投与量情報を獲得するためのシステムであって、
薬剤バイアルの側壁部に取り付けられている薬剤ボリュームセンサを有する薬剤バイアルと、
プロセッサと、
インストラクションを含むメモリであって、前記インストラクションは、前記プロセッサを制御し、前記薬剤ボリュームセンサから薬剤ボリューム測定値を受け取り、投与送達の前と前記投与送達の後のボリュームの差を決定するように適合されている、メモリと
を含み、
前記薬剤ボリュームセンサは、前記薬剤バイアルの側壁に取り付けられた前記薬剤バイアル内の薬剤レベルの連続関数としての静電容量を有する静電容量センサを含み、
磁気ビーズの数は、前記バイアルの中の前記薬剤の露出された表面を実質的にカバーするのに十分なものになっていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 改善された病気の治療のための情報学的に使用可能な投薬システムであって、
インスリン投与量入力エレメントと、
経口薬入力エレメントと、
血糖レベル入力エレメントと、
炭水化物入力エレメントと
を含み、
前記システムは、データハブおよびRFIDチップをさらに含み、前記データハブは、それぞれの前記入力エレメントからデータを受け取り、前記入力エレメントから受け取られた前記データに基づいて計算を実施し、前記実施された計算に基づいてフィードバックをユーザに提供するように適合されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記インスリン投与量入力エレメントは、トランシーバを含むスマート投与量決定デバイスを含み、前記トランシーバは、投与量がユーザに投与されるときに、実質的にリアルタイムの投与量情報を前記データハブに伝送するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記経口薬入力エレメントは、情報学的に使用可能な経口薬コンテナを含み、前記情報学的に使用可能な経口薬コンテナは、前記ユーザによって取り込まれる経口薬量に対応するユーザ入力を受け取るように適合されている、スマートフォンの上で稼働するアプリケーションと通信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記血糖レベル入力エレメントは、トランシーバを含む血糖モニタを含み、前記トランシーバは、血糖データを前記データハブに伝送するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記血糖モニタは、持続血糖モニタであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記炭水化物入力エレメントは、前記ユーザによって摂取された食べ物および/または飲み物に対応するユーザ入力を受け取るように適合されている、スマートフォンの上で稼働するアプリケーションを含み、前記アプリケーションは、前記ユーザ入力から、前記ユーザによって摂取された炭水化物を推定するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- ウェルネスデータ入力エレメントをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ウェルネスデータ入力エレメントは、スマートフォンの上で稼働するアプリケーションを含み、前記アプリケーションは、ウェルネスデータに関連するユーザ入力を受け取るように、および、前記ウェルネスデータを前記データハブに伝送するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- インスリンペンを受け入れるように適合されているインフォマティクス使用可能なペンケースであって、
シリンジ受け入れキャビティと、
前記シリンジ受け入れキャビティに隣接しているクランピングシステムであって、前記シリンジ受け入れキャビティのプランジャの上をクランプするように適合されている、クランピングシステムと、
前記クランピングシステムが前記プランジャの上にクランプされているときに、前記クランピングシステムおよびプランジャを移動させるように適合されているアクチュエータと、
トランシーバから投与量コマンドを受け取るように、および、制御情報をコントローラに送るように適合されているプロセッサであって前記コントローラは、前記アクチュエータおよび前記クランピングシステムを動作させるように適合されている、プロセッサと、
ユーザインターフェースから投与量コマンドを受け取るように適合されているトランシーバを含み、
前記トランシーバは、受け取られた投与量コマンドを前記プロセッサに伝送し、
前記プロセッサは、RFIDチップを含み、前記投与量コマンドを受け取り、前記投与量コマンドに対応する制御情報を前記コントローラに送り、
前記コントローラは、前記制御情報を受け取り、および前記クランピングシステムおよびアクチュエータを制御し、前記シリンジの前記プランジャをクランプし、前記プランジャを移動させ、前記投与量コマンドに対応する投与量を引き出すことを特徴とするインフォマティクス使用可能なペンケース。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースは、スマートフォンの上で稼働するアプリケーションを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のインフォマティクス使用可能なペンケース。
- 情報学的に使用可能な薬剤送達デバイスおよびデバイスケースであって、
薬剤で充填されている除去可能なリザーバを受け入れるように適合されている薬剤送達デバイスであって、前記リザーバは、プランジャを含み、前記プランジャは、前記リザーバの中を軸線方向に移動し、薬剤が前記リザーバから出ていくことを引き起こすように適合されており、前記プランジャは、ターゲットエレメントを含み、前記ターゲットエレメントは、前記プランジャに取り付けられており、前記プランジャとともに軸線方向に移動する、薬剤送達デバイスと、
キャビティおよびターゲットエレメントセンサを含むデバイスケースであって、前記キャビティは、前記薬剤送達デバイスに対応しており、前記薬剤送達デバイスを所定の場所に受け入れるように形状決めされており、前記ターゲットエレメントセンサは、前記ターゲットエレメントの場所を感知するように適合されているデバイスケースと
を含み、
前記デバイスケースは、前記ターゲットエレメントセンサからの信号を受け取るように適合されているプロセッサと、リアルタイムクロックと、前記ターゲットエレメントセンサによって感知されたターゲットエレメント場所を記憶するためのメモリと、ワイヤレストランシーバとをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、ターゲットエレメントセンサ信号および前記リアルタイムクロックに基づいて、投与量および投与時間を決定するように適合されており、また、前記決定された投与量および投与時間を前記ワイヤレストランシーバに送るように適合されており、
前記ワイヤレストランシーバは、前記決定された投与量および投与時間をリモートデバイスに伝送するように適合されていることを特徴とする薬剤送達デバイスおよびデバイスケース。 - 前記薬剤送達デバイスは、インスリンペンであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の薬剤送達デバイスおよびデバイスケース。
- 情報学的に使用可能な薬剤送達デバイスであって、

前記薬剤送達デバイスを受け入れ、前記薬剤送達デバイスの送達端部を囲むように適合されているデバイスキャップであって、前記デバイスキャップは、前記ターゲットエレメントの場所を感知するように適合されているターゲットエレメントセンサを含む、デバイスキャップと
を含み、
前記デバイスキャップは、前記ターゲットエレメントセンサからの信号を受け取るように適合されているプロセッサと、リアルタイムクロックと、前記ターゲットエレメントセンサによって感知されたターゲットエレメント場所を記憶するためのメモリと、ワイヤレストランシーバとをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、ターゲットエレメントセンサ信号および前記リアルタイムクロックに基づいて、投与量および投与時間を決定するように適合されており、また、前記決定された投与量および投与時間を前記ワイヤレストランシーバに送るように適合されており、
