Abstract
Description
(a)少なくとも1種のPUFA(および/またはその塩)を含む販売されている配合物である芯物質と、
(b)コーティング系であって、
(i)少なくとも1種のタンパク質加水分解物、
を含むコーティング系と
を含む、被覆された組成物(CC)にも関する。
(i)芯物質を、組成物の総重量を基準として70〜99.5wt%と、
(ii)コーティング系を、組成物の総重量を基準として0.5〜30wt%と
を含む、被覆された組成物(CC)、(CC1)または(CC1’)である、被覆された組成物(CC2)に関する。
(i)芯物質(PUFAおよび/またはPUFA塩含有)を、一般に知られており、かつ広く使用されているプロセスにより製造する。
(ii)第2ステップにおいて、この芯物質(固体粒子)をコーティング材料(タンパク質加水分解物)の溶液、分散液またはスラリーで被覆する。この溶液、分散液、またはスラリーは、通常、被覆材料を水または水溶液に溶解または懸濁させることにより作製される。アルコール−水混合物等の他の好適な溶媒も同様に使用することができる。コーティングは流動床被覆やWurster法による被覆等の公知の技法により適用することができる。
(iii)その後、被覆された粒子を乾燥させ、さらなる目的に用いることができる。
ホエイタンパク質加水分解物を水中に溶解/分散させることにより、ホエイタンパク質加水分解物を5.5wt%含む水溶液を生成する。
Claims (6)
- コーティング系であって、
少なくとも1種のタンパク質加水分解物を、前記コーティング系の総重量を基準として少なくとも10wt%
含む、コーティング系。 - 被覆された組成物であって、
(a)少なくとも1種のPUFA(および/またはその塩)を含む販売されている配合物である芯物質と、
(b)請求項1に記載のコーティング系と
を含む、被覆された組成物。 - 請求項2に記載の被覆された組成物であって、
(a)芯物質を、前記組成物の総重量を基準として70〜99.5wt%と、
(b)コーティング系を、前記組成物の総重量を基準として0.5〜30wt%と
を含む、被覆された組成物。 - 請求項2または3に記載の被覆された組成物の製造プロセスであって、
(i)第1ステップにおいて、前記芯物質(PUFA(および/またはその塩を含む)を、小ビーズ化プロセス、噴霧乾燥または噴霧造粒によって製造し、
(ii)第2ステップにおいて、これらの芯物質(固体粒子)を、コーティング材料(加水分解物)の溶液、分散液またはスラリーで被覆し、
(iii)その後、被覆された粒子を乾燥させる、
ことを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 請求項2または3に記載の被覆された粒子の、食品、飼料、栄養補助食品および/または医薬品における使用。
- 請求項2または3に記載の少なくとも1種の被覆された組成物を含む、食品、飼料、栄養補助食品および/または医薬品。
