Abstract

Description
(a)食材、PUFA含有ビードレット、および場合によっては、内部潤滑剤および/またはさらなる成分を押出機に添加するステップと、
(b)これらの成分を該押出機で混合して均一な混合物を得るステップと、
(c)前記混合物を押出して部片に切断するステップと、場合によっては、
(d)前記部片をコーティングおよび/または乾燥させるステップと
を含むようにまとめることができる。

Claims (11)
- 押出し加工食品を製造するための、架橋されたゼラチンマトリックスに包埋されたPUFAを含むカプセル化粒子形態の組成物の使用。
- ビードレット形態の請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記ゼラチンが魚のゼラチンである、請求項1または2に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記食品がシリアルである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記PUFAが精製され安定化された魚油の一部である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記主なPUFAの含有物がEPAおよびDHAである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜3、5および6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする押出し加工食品。
- 前記食品がシリアルである、請求項7に記載の押出し加工食品。
- それ自体既知の方法で請求項7に記載の押出し加工食品を製造する方法。
- (a)食材、前記架橋されたゼラチンマトリックスに包埋されたPUFAを含むカプセル化粒子、および場合によっては、内部潤滑剤および/またはさらなる成分を押出機に添加するステップと、
(b)これらの成分を該押出機で混合して均一な混合物を得るステップと、
(c)前記混合物を押出して部片に切断するステップと、場合によっては、
(d)前記部片をコーティングおよび/または乾燥させるステップと、
を含む請求項7または8に記載の押出し加工食品を製造する方法。 - 前記押出機がスクリュー押出機であり、
