(c)前記鋳型内に充填された前記早期硬化性材料を硬化させるステップと、
(d)前記鋳型を水で洗浄して分解させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - パターン形成された硬化性材料製の鋳造製品を製造する方法であって、
(a)CaO、SiO、MgO、Al2O3の固体粒子を含み、前記固体粒子の平均粒径が20〜60μmの範囲であるパターン形成用組成物を用意するステップと、
(b)前記パターン形成用組成物を水と混合して柔軟な湿潤混合物を形成するステップと、
(c)前記パターン形成用組成物を鋳型の表面に適用するステップと、
(d)前記パターン形成用組成物を乾燥させて、パターン形成された鋳型を作製するステップと、
(e)前記パターン形成された鋳型内に早期硬化性材料を充填するステップと、
(f)前記パターン形成された鋳型内に充填された前記早期硬化性材料を硬化させるステップと、
(g)前記パターン形成された鋳型を水で洗浄して分解させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
