Abstract
Description
−10〜43%の範囲のAl2O3含有量、
−5.0〜30%の範囲の総SiO2含有量(シリカ相を含む)、
−2%未満のアルカリ金属酸化物および酸化鉄含有量。
シリカ相とは、二酸化珪素(SiO2)が酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)と結合されない相を意味する。これは特に、石英、クリストバライトなどの純粋なSiO2相;および/またはSiO2ガラス相;例えば酸化ナトリウムを含むSiO2相および/またはケイ酸ナトリウムのような結晶相でもあり得るが、特に酸化アルミニウムを含まず、いずれの場合においてもムライトを除く。
後者は、好ましくは粉末として非常に微細な粒径で、言い換えれば好ましくは≦100μm、特に≦50μm、有利には<45μmの粒径で添加される。

Claims (15)
- 特に4つの側壁と基部とを含む特に矩形シェルから形成され、粉末状のカソード材料を焼成するための、特にリチウムイオン蓄電池を製造するためのさや状受容要素であって、前記受容要素は、特に900℃を超える温度に耐える耐熱材料から焼成プロセスによって製造され、
前記さやの材料は酸化物結合SiCに基づいて製造され、前記材料は重量%で合計100%に対して以下の化学組成、すなわち、
−40.0〜80.0重量%、好ましくは50.0〜70.0重量%の範囲の炭化珪素(SiC)含有量、
−10〜43%、好ましくは15〜35%、特に好ましくは20〜30%の範囲のAl2O3含有量、
−5〜30%、好ましくは7〜20%、特に好ましくは8〜15%の範囲の総SiO2含有量、
−2%未満のアルカリ酸化物および酸化鉄含有量を有することにおいて特徴づけられる、さや状受容要素。 - 前記さやの前記材料は、重量%で合計100%に対して以下の化学組成、すなわち、
−40.0〜80.0%の範囲の炭化珪素(SiC)含有量、
−特にコランダムおよびムライトとして、10.0〜40.0%、好ましくは13.0〜30%の範囲のAl2O3含有量、
−ムライト(Al6Si2O13)、
−10%未満、好ましくは8%未満のシリカ相を有することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1に記載のさや。 - ムライト(Al6Si2O13)の含有量は25%未満、好ましくは20%未満であることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1または2に記載のさや。
- 前記さやの前記材料は、重量%で以下の組成、すなわち、
−50.0〜70.0%の範囲の炭化珪素(SiC)含有量、
−特にコランダムとして、13.0〜30%の範囲であるAl2O3含有量、
−20%未満のムライト(Al6Si2O13)、
−7%未満のシリカ相、
−1%未満のアルカリ酸化物および酸化鉄含有量を有することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1、2または3に記載のさや。 - SiC粒径の平均粒径は500μm未満であることにおいて特徴づけられる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のさや。
- 前記さやのかさ密度は2.50〜2.60g/cm3の範囲にあることにおいて特徴づけられる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のさや。
- 前記さやは15〜22%の範囲、特に18〜21%の範囲の開空孔率を有することにおいて特徴づけられる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のさや。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のさやを製造するための混合物であって、炭化珪素が40.0〜82.0重量%の範囲のSiC含有量および<500μmの平均粒径を有すること、酸化アルミニウムが10.0〜43.0重量%の範囲、好ましくは15.0〜35.0重量%の範囲、特に好ましくは19.5〜26.0重量%の範囲の粉末状Al2O3含有量を有すること、ならびに同様に粉末状のSiO2担体が少なくとも90%のSiO2、好ましくは95重量%を超えるSiO2および<100μm、好ましくは<50μm、特に<45μmの粒径に基づくことにおいて特徴づけられる混合物を、単一のさや材料のために粉末混合物で使用し、前記SiO2担体の残余は不純物である、さやを製造するための混合物。
- SiO2担体は5重量%〜15重量%、特に5重量%〜7重量%の含有量で存在することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項8の混合物。
- 製造に際し、前記材料は水の混和物と混合および混練され、それから製造された塑性変形可能材料から前記さやを成形および焼成することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項8または請求項9に記載の混合物。
- 前記SiC含有量は、変えられた粒径、具体的には好ましくは3〜9%(重量%)のSiCメッシュ80/220を有するか、またはミリメートル単位で0.1mm〜0.35mm、特に0.25mm未満の平均粒径、23〜54%(重量%)の含有量のSiCメッシュ30/70を有するか、またはミリメートル単位で0.35〜0.85mm、特に0.25〜0.71mmの範囲の平均粒径、7〜19%(重量%)の含有量のSiCメッシュ16/24を有するか、または0.85〜1.5、特に<1.0mmの範囲の平均粒径および0.5〜1%(重量%)のSiC含有量を平均粒径≦100μm、特に≧20μm、特に20μm〜45μmの範囲、好ましくは(極微細粒子として)30〜37μmの平均粒径で有し、SiCの最大含有量は82重量%である混合物から形成されることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。
- 前記SiC混合物は、4〜8重量%のSiCメッシュ80/220、43〜54重量%のSiCメッシュ30/70、11〜16重量%のSiCメッシュ16/24、および1重量%までの粒径≦100μmのSiC極微細粒子から形成されることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項11の混合物。
- 前記Al2O3含有量は、好ましくは19〜35重量%の粘土、好ましくは19〜26重量%の粘土、および好ましくは少なくとも12重量%のコランダム、好ましくは15重量%のコランダムを含む、コランダムならびに/または粘土から形成されることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項8〜12のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。
- 焼成プロセス後、前記さやは、40〜75重量%、好ましくは52.0〜70.0重量%の炭化珪素含有量、5.0〜15.0重量%、好ましくは5.0〜7.0重量%のSiO2含有量、19.0〜26.0重量%、特に23.0〜26.0重量%のAl2O3含有量を含み、残余粘土および不純物は、多くとも1.0%、好ましくは0.7%未満、特に酸化鉄、アルカリであることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。
- 特にリチウムイオン蓄電池を製造するための、粉末状のカソード材料、またはアルカリに富む粉末状のバルク材料などを焼成する際に使用するための、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のさや。
