Abstract
Description
−前記熱硬化性樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂及びポリエステル樹脂から選択される。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で60%を超える炭化ケイ素を含む。
−前記セメントは、セラミック繊維を含まない。
−前記セメントは、粘土を含まない。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で0.1から2%、好ましくは0.1から0.5重量%の分散剤を含む。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で0.5%未満のCaO含有量を有する。
−好ましくは、加湿後に、湿ったセメントまたは“モルタル”は、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で40%未満、好ましくは30%未満及び/又は少なくとも10%、好ましくは15%の水含有量を有する。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で、5から25%の、好ましくは10から25%の、好ましくは焼成されたアルミナの含有量、及び/又は、1から15%の、好ましくは3から10%の、好ましくはシリカスモークの形態のシリカの含有量を有する。
−前記炭化ケイ素、アルミナ及びシリカは、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量の少なくとも80%、好ましくは少なくとも95%、さらに好ましくは99.5%を示す。
−樹脂、セルロース、または、カルボキシメチルセルロース、デキストリン、ポリビニルアルコールなどのリグノン(lignone)誘導体の一時的な有機結合剤(すなわち、熱処理中に完全に又は部分的に除去される);
−リン酸、一リン酸塩アルミニウムなどの化学的結合剤;
−二酸化チタンまたは水酸化マグネシウムなどの焼結促進剤;
−カルシウムまたはマグネシウムステアリン酸塩などの成形剤。
−必要であれば分散剤を有する粉末及び粒子の2分間の乾燥練り込み、
−次いで、場合によって結合剤(多糖)及び必要であれば触媒を有する水の添加、
−次いで、接着セメント用途に十分な堅さが得られるまで10分間の練り込み。

Claims (12)
- 30から90%の炭化ケイ素含有量を有し、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子フィルターのフィルタリング体の複数のフィルターブロックを共に固定するためのセメント、または、このようなフィルタリング体における周囲のコーティングとして使用されるセメントであって、
前記セメントは、少なくとも0.05%であって5%未満の熱硬化性樹脂を含み、前記百分率は、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%による百分率であることを特徴とするセメント。 - 存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で1%未満の前記熱硬化性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のセメント。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂及びポリエステル樹脂から選択される、請求項1または2に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で60%を超える炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- セラミック繊維を含まない、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で0.1から0.5重量%の分散剤を含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で0.5%未満のCaO含有量を有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量に対する重量%で40%未満及び/又は少なくとも10%の水含有量を有する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記炭化ケイ素、アルミナ及びシリカは、全体で、存在し得る水は別として前記熱硬化性樹脂と前記無機材料との総重量の少なくとも80%に相当する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- フィルターブロック間に挿入される少なくとも1つの接着部によって共に固定され、前記フィルターブロック間の前記排気ガスの通路に対向するように形付けられた複数のフィルターブロックを有する、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子フィルター用のフィルタリング体であって、
前記接着部は、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のセメントの硬化によって得られ、
前記フィルタリング体は、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のセメントの熱処理によって得られる周囲のコーティング(27’)を有することを特徴とするフィルタリング体。 - 前記組み立てられたフィルターブロックは、少なくとも50%の炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項10に記載のフィルタリング体。
- 請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のセメントの熱処理によって得られる周囲のコーティング(27’)を有する、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子フィルター用の単一ブロックのフィルタリング体。
