Abstract
Description

b.中央モノフィラメントであって、前記フィラメントの残りの部分に囲まれて中実フィラメントを形成し、当該フィラメントの周囲部分と同じ組成を有する中央モノフィラメント、または、
c.中空コアであって、当該中空コアを囲む前記半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーが、フルオロポリマー、ブロックポリエーテル−アミドポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、半結晶性ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、半結晶性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエステル、およびアセタールからなる群より選択される中空コア、
を含むフィラメント。
前記マイクロフォームが、前記半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーと、マイクロボイドとを含む、態様1に記載のフィラメント。
フルオロポリマーは、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)ホモポリマー、PVDFコポリマー、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン/フッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(THV)、PFA、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)からなる群より選択される溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーである、態様1〜10のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
a)次のいずれかを形成する工程:
1)マイクロボイドを含む発泡フィラメントであって、各マイクロボイドが0.5mm未満、好ましくは0.3mm未満、より好ましくは0.02mm〜0.2mmの平均直径を有し、または、
2)マイクロフォーム、中空、またはモノフィラメントのいずれかである中央コアを有するフィラメントを形成する工程、
b)前記フィラメントから物品をプリントするための条件下で前記フィラメントを3Dプリンタに供給する工程、
を含む、方法。
Claims (18)
- 半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーを含む3Dプリンティング用フィラメントであって、
a.マイクロフォームであって、前記半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーとマイクロボイドとを含むマイクロフォーム、または、
b.中央モノフィラメントであって、前記フィラメントの残りの部分に囲まれて中実フィラメントを形成し、当該フィラメントの周囲部分と同じ組成を有する中央モノフィラメント、または、
c.中空コアであって、当該中空コアを囲む前記半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーが、フルオロポリマー、ブロックポリエーテル−アミドポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、半結晶性ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、半結晶性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエステル、およびアセタールからなる群より選択される中空コア、
を含むフィラメント。 - 前記フィラメントがマイクロフォームを含み、
前記マイクロフォームが、前記半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーと、マイクロボイドとを含む、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。 - 前記フィラメントが、当該フィラメントの中央に位置するマイクロフォームコアを含む、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記フィラメントが、当該フィラメントの外径の3/4未満である中央コアマイクロフォームを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
- 前記マイクロフォームが、非発泡フィラメントと比較して10%未満、より好ましくは5%未満の密度低下を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
- 前記マイクロボイドが、0.5mm未満、好ましくは0.3mm未満、より好ましくは0.02mm〜0.2mmの平均直径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
- 中央モノフィラメントを含み、当該中央モノフィラメントは、前記フィラメントの残りの部分に囲まれて中実フィラメントを形成し、当該フィラメントの周囲部分と同じ組成を有する、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記中央モノフィラメントの外径が、前記最終フィラメントの外径の25%以下である、請求項6に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記ポリマーが、フルオロポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、コポリアミド、ブロックポリエーテル−アミドポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、半結晶性ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、半結晶性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエステルおよびアセタールからなる群より選択される、請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
- 前記フィラメントが中空コアを含み、当該中空コアが当該フィラメントの中央に位置する、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記中空コアの外径が前記フィラメントの外径の25%以下である、請求項8または9に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記フィラメントが中空コアを含み、当該中空コアが、円形、楕円形、正方形および星形からなる群より選択される形状である、請求項1に記載のフィラメント。
- 前記ポリマーが、フルオロポリマーを含み、
フルオロポリマーは、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)ホモポリマー、PVDFコポリマー、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン/フッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(THV)、PFA、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)からなる群より選択される溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマーである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。 - 前記フィラメントがフィラーをさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のフィラメント。
- 前記フィラーが、炭素繊維、炭素粉末、粉砕炭素繊維、カーボンナノチューブ、ガラスビーズ、ガラス繊維、ナノシリカ、アラミド繊維、PVDF繊維、ポリアリールエーテルケトン繊維、BaSO4、タルク、CaCO3、グラフェン、平均繊維長100〜150ナノメートルのナノ繊維、中空ガラス球および中空セラミック球からなる群より選択される、請求項14に記載のフィラメント。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のフィラメントからプリントされた3D物品。
- 半結晶性ポリマーまたは結晶性ポリマーからプリントされた3Dプリント物品の収縮ボイドを低減する方法であって、
a)次のいずれかを形成する工程:
1)マイクロボイドを含む発泡フィラメントであって、各マイクロボイドが0.5mm未満、好ましくは0.3mm未満、より好ましくは0.02mm〜0.2mmの平均直径を有し、または、
2)マイクロフォーム、中空、またはモノフィラメントのいずれかである中央コアを有するフィラメントを形成する工程、
b)前記フィラメントから物品をプリントするための条件下で前記フィラメントを3Dプリンタに供給する工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記b)の前記フィラメントが、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のフィラメントである、請求項17に記載の方法。
