Description

Claims (12)
- 多層フィルムであって、
フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含む第一層、
第一層の主要表面に直接に接触し、少なくとも70質量パーセントの溶融歪み硬化性の構成要素を含みかつ該多層フィルムの30体積パーセント以下を構成する第二層、
第一層の反対側で第二層の主要表面に直接に接触し、該フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含みかつ該多層フィルムの40体積パーセント超を構成する第三層、および
第二層の反対側で第三層の主要表面に直接に接触し、該溶融歪み硬化性の構成要素を含む第四層、を含んでなり、ここで該溶融歪み硬化性の構成要素が溶融歪み硬化性アクリル系ポリマーである多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムであって、
フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含む第一層であって、該フッ素化処理されたポリマーが延伸比5:1〜30:1の延伸比領域で概して平坦な引張力を有する、第一層、
第一層の主要表面に直接に接触し、70質量パーセント超の非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーを含みかつ該多層フィルムの30体積パーセント以下を構成する第二層であって、該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーが該延伸比領域で引張力が増加する、第二層、
第一層の反対側で第二層の主要表面に直接に接触し、該フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含みかつ該多層フィルムの40体積パーセント超を構成する第三層、および
第二層の反対側で第三層の主要表面に直接に接触し、該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーを含む第四層、を含んでなり、ここで該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーが溶融歪み硬化性アクリル系ポリマーである多層フィルム。 - 多層フィルムの製造方法であって、
延伸比が5:1〜30:1の延伸比領域において概して平坦な引張力を有するフッ素化処理されたポリマーを含む第一層を押し出すこと、
70質量パーセント超の非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーを含みかつ該多層フィルムの30体積パーセント以下を構成する第二層であって、該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーが該延伸比領域で引張力が増加する、第二層を、第一層の主要表面に直接に接触するように押し出すこと、
該フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含みかつ該多層フィルムの40体積パーセント超を構成する第三層を、第一層の反対側で第二層の主要表面に直接に接触するように押し出すこと、および
該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーを含む第四層を、第二層の反対側で第三層の主要表面に直接に接触するように押し出すこと、を含んでなり、ここで該非ポリオレフィン系溶融歪み硬化性ポリマーが溶融歪み硬化性アクリル系ポリマーである多層フィルムの製造方法。 - 多層フィルムであって、
該多層フィルムの外表面を形成し、100質量パーセントのフッ素ポリマーを含む第一ポリマー層、
第二平均分子量より少なくとも25パーセント大きい第一平均分子量を有する第一フッ素ポリマーと、第二平均分子量を有する第二フッ素ポリマーとの配合物を含む第二ポリマー層、及び
少なくとも30質量パーセントのフッ素ポリマーおよび35質量パーセント以下の量でアクリル系ポリマーを含む第三ポリマー層、を含んでなる多層フィルム。 - 多層ポリマーフィルムであって、
二モード分子量分布を有する第一フッ素ポリマーを含む第一ポリマー層であって、該二モード分子量分布における高い方の分子量ピークが、該二モード分子量分布における低い方の分子量ピークにある分子量よりも少なくとも25パーセント大きい分子量にある、第一ポリマー層、
該多層ポリマーフィルムの内部層を形成し、少なくとも30質量パーセントの第二フッ素ポリマーを含みかつ35質量%以下の量でアクリルを含む、第二ポリマー層、および
該多層ポリマーフィルムの外部表面を形成し、かつ100質量パーセントの第二フッ素ポリマーを含む、第三ポリマー層を、含んでなる多層ポリマーフィルム。 - 多層フィルムであって、
該多層ポリマーフィルムの外部表面を形成し、かつ100質量パーセントのフッ素ポリマーを含む、第一ポリマー層、
第二平均分子量より少なくとも25パーセント大きい第一平均分子量を有する第一フッ素ポリマーと、第二平均分子量を有する第二フッ素ポリマーとの配合物を含む第二ポリマー層、及び
少なくとも30質量パーセントのフッ素ポリマーおよび35質量パーセント以下の量でアクリル系ポリマーを含む第三ポリマー層、を含んでなり、
少なくとも50フィート/分のライン速度で引取され、該多層フィルムの厚さの変動が5%以下である、多層フィルム。 - 第三層の反対側で第四層の主要表面に直接に接触し、該フッ素化処理されたポリマーを含む第五層、をさらに含んでなる請求項1または2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第二層および第四層が組み合わせで該多層フィルムの40体積パーセント以下を構成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第二層が該多層フィルムの10体積パーセント以下を構成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 該溶融歪み硬化性の構成要素が、20:1〜30:1の間にある延伸比領域において、延伸比の変化に対する引張力の変化が少なくとも0.03cNである、正のなだらかな勾配を示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第一フッ素ポリマーが、10:1〜30:1の間にある延伸比において、溶融相の第二フッ素ポリマーが示す溶融相引張力より少なくとも50パーセント高い溶融相引張力を示す、請求項4または6に記載の多層フィルム。
- 第二ポリマー層が該多層フィルムの30体積パーセント以下を構成する、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。
