Claims (9)
- すべり軸受(10)、特にシリンダ状のシャフト(12)を支持するためのすべり軸受であって、長手中心軸線(16)を有した実質的に中空円筒状の基体を含み、前記シャフト(12)が前記基体(14)の軸受ボア(20)内に径方向クリアランスを伴って受け入れられるすべり軸受において、小表面を有した少なくとも一つの長手方向凹所(32,70,72)が前記軸受ボア(20)の荷重ゾーン(30)の領域に配されており、かつ、該すべり軸受(10)の摩耗を低減するために、少なくとも一つの前記長手方向凹所(32)は、外部流体供給(40)により圧力(p)下にある流体(42)によって作用され得ることを特徴とする、すべり軸受(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの長手方向凹所(32,70,72)が,少なくとも一つの流体チャネル(46)によって前記流体供給(40)に接続されている、請求項1に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの長手方向凹所(32,70,72)の入口開口(48)の領域における前記流体(42)の圧力(p)は、前記流体供給(40)によって、該すべり軸受(10)に作用するすべり軸受負荷(F)が最大でも部分的に補償されるように設定される、請求項1または2に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの長手方向凹所(32,70,72)が径方向内方に開いている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの長手方向凹所(32,70,72)が、細長く狭く、かつ略楕円の円周輪郭を有している、請求項4に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記基体(14)の前記長手中心軸線(16)と,前記シャフト(12)の長手中心軸線(18)との間には径方向にオフセット(Rv)が存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記基体(14)がプラスチック材料を使用して形成され、かつ前記シャフト(12)は金属材料を用いてなる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記流体(42)が低粘性の液体媒体,特に水である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
- 前記基体(12)が、特に金属材料を用いてなる軸受ハウジング(26)内に配置され、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受(10)。
