Claims (14)
- 複数の転がり要素(1)と、円筒形の外径を有するシャフトまたは軸の形の内側軸受体(2)と、前記内側軸受体と同心状に配置された、内腔(4)を有する外側軸受体とを備え、すべての前記転がり要素(1)は同じ外径を有し、前記転がり要素(1)が前記内側軸受体(2)の外径上と前記外側軸受体の前記内腔(4)上を転がるように、前記内側軸受体(2)と前記外側軸受体の間に配置され、その結果前記外側軸受体が前記内側軸受体に対して回転可能に支持されている、ケージなしで構成された、フルコンプリメント減摩軸受において、
前記減摩軸受は正確に6つの転がり要素(1)を有し、前記転がり要素(1)の外径は前記内部軸受体(2)の外径に実質的に一致し、前記外側軸受体の前記内腔(4)の直径は前記内側軸受体(2)の外径の3倍よりわずかに大きい、
ことを特徴とする、フルコンプリメント減摩軸受。 - 前記外側軸受体の内腔(4)の直径が、前記内側軸受体(2)の外径の3倍よりも0.05%〜1%大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸。
- 摩擦を低減するために、潤滑剤または油が前記減摩軸受に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記内側軸受体(2)が、前記潤滑剤または油のための貯蔵部として少なくとも1つの周方向溝(5)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記溝(5)の深さが、前記内側軸受体(2)の外径の最大で15%、好ましくは内側軸受体(2)の外径の最大で5%であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記溝(5)は、環状の形状であり、前記転がり要素(1)の幾何学的軸に対して軸方向に中心に位置することを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記溝(5)は、前記内側軸受体(2)の幾何学的軸に関して、斜めの角度でまたは螺旋状に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記転がり要素(1)および/または前記内側軸受体(2)および/または前記外側軸受体が金属またはセラミック、好ましくはジルコニアセラミックで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 前記転がり要素(1)および/または前記内側軸受体(2)および/または前記外側軸受体が、それぞれ、油および潤滑で含浸された開口多孔質材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受。
- 遊星キャリア(7)と前記遊星キャリアに回転可能に支持された少なくとも1つの遊星歯車(3)を備える遊星ギアボックス(6)において、前記遊星歯車は、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフルコンプリメント減摩軸受によって前記遊星キャリアに回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする、遊星ギアボックス(6)。
- 前記内側軸受体(2)が前記遊星キャリア(7)に回転不能に連結されるか、または前記遊星キャリア(7)と一体に形成され、前記外側軸受体が前記遊星歯車(3)に対して回転不能に構成されるか、または前記遊星歯車(3)自体によって規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の遊星ギアボックス(6)。
- 前記内側軸受体(2)が前記遊星歯車(3)に回転不能に連結されるか、または前記遊星歯車(3)と一体に形成され、前記外側軸受体が前記遊星キャリア(7)に対して回転不能に構成されるか、または前記遊星キャリア(7)自体によって規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の遊星歯車箱(6)。
- 前記遊星ギアボックスは、最大直径100mmの小型遊星ギアボックスであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の遊星ギアボックス(6)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遊星歯車(3)の直径は最大40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の遊星歯車箱(6)。
