Abstract

本发明行星滚子轴承涉及机械轴承领域,尤其是高速精密重载轴承。利用两套行星齿轮代替普通滚动轴承保持架,解决了普通轴承保持架因保持架高速运转摩擦,磨损,滚动体跳动偏离滚动方向,轴承发热加剧载荷低,甚至失效等问题。行星滚子轴承主要包括:轴承外圈,行星滚子,轴承内圈,其特征是所述轴承的两端各有一套行星齿轮共同作用,代替了普通轴承保持架,轴承工作时两套行星齿轮同时滚动啮合,同时行星滚子轴承的滚子(2),轴承内圈滚道(1)和轴承外圈滚道(3),三者的滚动接触面也同步滚动接触,是一种高转速,高效率,高寿命,高稳定性的精密重载轴承,润滑要求也低于常规轴承,维护成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械轴承,尤其是高速精密重载轴承。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成。
保持架是轴承的主要零件之一,主要作用有:1. 分离疏散转动体,防止与滚动元件的直接接触,使摩擦和热量生成降低到最低;2. 引导滚动体在滚道上运转;3. 提供润滑空间;4.对转动体定向、淘汰摩擦力。由此可见保持架必不可少,但是无论是何种结构何种材质的保持架,都会和滚动体接触,特别在高温高速高负荷运转条件下,惯性离心力的作用加剧了摩擦、磨损与发热,严重时会造成保持架烧伤或断裂,致使轴承不能正常工作。
高速精密重载轴承一直是国内机械业内的短板,可以重载的就不能高速例如四列圆柱滚子轴承 ,可以高速的就不能重载例如深沟球轴承。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种高速精密重载轴承,利用两套行星齿轮代替普通滚动轴承保持架,解决了普通轴承保持架因保持架高速运转摩擦,磨损,滚动体跳动偏离滚动方向,轴承发热加剧载荷低,甚至失效等问题。行星滚子轴承左右两端的行星齿轮,起到常规轴承保持架的作用,让行星滚子始终保持最佳的滚动状态,取代了保持架。由于齿轮啮合的自由间隙很小,滚动体和行星齿轮时固定在一起的,所以行星滚子轴承的滚动体的跳动间隙也随之很小,要远远小于传统保持架所控制的跳动间隙,再加上没有保持架的束缚和摩擦,行星滚子轴承更容易润滑,更适合高速高负荷的运行环境,是一种高转速,高效率,高寿命,高稳定性的精密重载轴承,润滑要求也低于常规轴承,维护成本低。

具体实施方式
行星滚子轴承主要由轴承外圈,行星滚子,轴承内圈组成。行星滚子轴承至少有三个行星滚子。
轴承外圈是由左端外齿圈6,右端外齿圈9和轴承外圈滚道3构成,并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
行星滚子是由左端行星小齿轮5,右端行星小齿轮8和中间的滚子2构成并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
轴承内圈是由左端太阳齿轮4,右端太阳齿轮7和轴承内圈滚道1构成并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
其特征是行星滚子轴承的两端各有一套行星齿轮共同作用,使轴承工作时两套行星齿轮同时滚动啮合,同时行星轴承的滚子2,轴承内圈滚道1和轴承外圈滚道3,三者的滚动接触。

Claims (5)

1.一种行星滚子轴承,包括:轴承外圈,行星滚子,轴承内圈,其特征是行星滚子轴承的两端各有一套行星齿轮共同作用,代替了普通轴承保持架,轴承工作时两套行星齿轮分别同时与轴承外圈和轴承内圈滚动啮合,同时行星滚子轴承的滚子(2),轴承内圈滚道(1)和轴承外圈滚道(3),三者的滚动接触面同步滚动接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星滚子轴承,其特征是整个轴承至少有三个行星滚子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的行星滚子轴承,其特征是所述轴承外圈是由左端外齿圈(6),右端外齿圈(9),和轴承外圈滚道(3)构成,并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的行星滚子轴承,其特征是所述行星滚子是由左端行星小齿轮(5),右端行星小齿轮(8),和中间的滚子(2),构成并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的行星滚子轴承,其特征是所述轴承内圈是由左端太阳齿轮(4),右端太阳齿轮(7),和轴承内圈滚道(1),构成并且固定在一起或是一个整体。
