Abstract
Description
その都度チェーンリンクの手段によって、相互接続されたチェーン部材を有する関節式リンクチェーンは、多くの形態で使用されている。ドライブチェーンまたはコンベヤチェーンとして使用する場合、具体的にはチェーンリンクの領域には大きく負荷がかかるので、耐摩耗性のあるベアリング表面を必要とする。また、特に多数の部品に関して、費用のかかる解決策を経済的なコーティング方法およびプロセスに置き換えることも有用である。

Claims (12)
- 硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法であって、次の
・固結防止剤1を調製する方法ステップと、
・前記調製された固結防止剤1を粉末混合物に添加する方法ステップと、
・前記粉末混合物を提供する方法ステップと、
・金属製の基材を提供する方法ステップと、
・前記粉末および前記基材を加熱装置で加熱する方法ステップと、
・前記基材上にコーティングを堆積させる方法ステップであって、
前記コーティングが前記基材よりも高い硬度を有するものと、
・前記基材を冷却する方法ステップと、を有する、方法。 - 前記粉末混合物中の前記固結防止剤の含有量が50重量%以下、好ましくは25重量%以下、特に好ましくは20重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 固結防止剤1を調製する前記方法ステップが前記固結防止剤1の平均粒径の増加を生じる、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤1の粒径分布の変化が、洗浄、ふるい分け、沈降、濾過、空気分級、空気圧分級、および/または遠心分離によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた、金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記基材が鋼鉄製で、ならびに/または前記硬質材料コーティングが、CrN、FeN、および/もしくはVNを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤が25%未満、好ましくは15%未満、特に好ましくは10%未満の40μmよりも小さい粒子の含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤が20%未満、好ましくは12%未満、特に好ましくは8%未満の10μmよりも小さい粒子の含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記固結防止剤が、カオリン(ケイ酸アルミニウム)、ムライト(酸化アルミニウムおよび酸化ケイ素)、酸化ジルコニウム、窒化もしくはケイ化物セラミックス、および/または任意の他のセラミック不活性物質を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 処理温度が断続的に450℃よりも高く、好ましくは500℃よりも高く、特に好ましくは550℃よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- 前記金属部品が、内プレートおよび/もしくは外プレート、スリーブ、スタッドなどのチェーン部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうち一項以上に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品を製造する方法。
- ・鋼鉄製基材と、
・炭化金属および/もしくは窒化金属、またはこれらの混合物で作製された硬質材料コーティングであって、
固結防止剤の粒子を有する前記硬質材料コーティングと、から成り、
前記硬質材料コーティングの顕微鏡写真において、前記硬質材料コーティング内の前記固結防止剤の前記粒子の表面含有量が15%未満、好ましくは10%未満、特に好ましくは5%未満であることを特徴とする、硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品。 - 前記金属部品が、内プレートおよび/もしくは外プレート、スリーブ、スタッドなどのチェーン部品であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の硬質材料コーティングによってコーティングされた金属部品。
