Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年5月11日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0054363号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
(1)ハードコート層形成用組成物の製造
下記表1に記載されたバインダ樹脂形成用単量体および高分子および溶媒を均一に混合して第1コート液を製造し、有機微粒子および無機微粒子を粒子希釈溶媒に混合して第2コート液をそれぞれ製造する。各コート液が均一に混合されるように十分に攪拌した後、二つのコート液を混合してハードコート組成物を製造した。
このように得られたハードコート組成物を下記表2の基材に#10 mayer barでコートして90℃で1分乾燥した。このような建造物に150mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射してハードコート層を形成して防眩フィルムを製造した。
MA−ST:体積平均粒径が12nmで、屈折率が1.43である球形のシリカ微粒子(Nissan Chemical社の製品)が30%の濃度でmethanolに分散している分散溶液

1.ハードコート層で凝集する有機微粒子の比率確認
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られたハードコート層に対して光学顕微鏡(Olympus社のBX51光学顕微鏡)で透過イメージを撮影して凝集する有機微粒子の比率を確認した。具体的にフィルムはハードコート層が対物レンズ側に向かうように置いて、対眼レンズ10倍、対物レンズ10倍あるいは20倍に設定して透過イメージを観察した。
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた防眩フィルムから4cmx4cmの試験片を準備してヘイズ測定機(HM−150,A光源、村上社)で3回測定して平均値を計算し、これを全体ヘイズ値として算出した。測定時、透光度とヘイズは同時に測定され、透光度はJIS K 7361規格、ヘイズはJIS K 7105規格によって測定した。内部ヘイズ測定時には、測定対象光学フィルムのコーティング面に全体ヘイズが0である粘着フィルムを貼って表面の凹凸を平坦にさせた後、上の全体ヘイズと同一方法で内部ヘイズを測定した。
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた防眩フィルムから10cmx10cmの試験片を準備し、ラミネーション工程を用いてハードコート層の反対面に黒フィルム(UTS−30BAFフィルム、Nitto社)を貼る。フィルムのハードコート面に三波長ランプ光が反射するようにした後、反射したイメージのレインボー発生の有無を確認した。
X:レインボーが視認されない
中:レインボーが弱く視認される。緑−青、青−紫などレインボーを形成する色相間の平均波長差が80nm以下である
強:レインボーが強く視認される。赤−緑、オレンジ−青などレインボーを形成する色が互いに補色関係であるか、平均波長差が100nm以上である。
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた防眩フィルムに対して12cmx12cm大きさでサンプルを準備した後、150PPIパネル上にハードコート面が上に向くようにサンプルを載せる。この際、フィルムが浮きかないように四面にテープを貼ってもよい。その後白色画面が見えるようにパネルを駆動した後サンプル10cmx10cm以内の領域でスパークリング発生の有無を確認した。
良好:スパークリング発生
不良:スパークリング未発生
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた防眩フィルムに対してスガ試験機株式会社(Suga Test Instrument Co.,LTD.)のICM−1Tを用いて像鮮明度を測定した。像鮮明度はスリット幅0.125mm、0.5mm、1mm、2mmで測定して総和で表示する。
Claims (13)
- 光透過性基材;およびバインダ樹脂と前記バインダ樹脂に分散した有機微粒子と無機微粒子を含むハードコート層;を含み、
前記有機微粒子全体のうち互いに凝集する2以上の有機微粒子の比率が5%以下であり、
外部ヘイズに対する内部ヘイズの比率が2.5以下である、防眩フィルム。 - 前記互いに凝集する2以上の有機微粒子のうち互いに隣り合う2個の有機微粒子は、前記ハードコート層の一面からの距離が相違する位置に存在する、請求項1に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記互いに凝集する2以上の有機微粒子のうち互いに隣り合う2個の有機微粒子は、前記ハードコート層の一面を基準として厚さ方向に対して相異する位置でそれぞれの光学顕微鏡像の焦点を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記互いに凝集する2以上の有機微粒子のうち互いに隣り合う2個の有機微粒子は、前記ハードコート層の一面から0.1μm以上の距離の差を有して位置する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記防眩フィルムが有する外部ヘイズに対する内部ヘイズの比率が0.8〜1.8である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層は、1μm〜10μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記有機微粒子は、0.5μm〜6μmの直径を有し、550nmの波長基準1.500〜1.600の屈折率を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記無機微粒子は、0.01μm〜5μmの直径を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記バインダ樹脂は、ビニル系単量体または(メタ)アクリレート系単量体の重合体または共重合体を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層は、前記バインダ樹脂100重量部に対して前記有機微粒子5〜25重量部を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 前記光透過性基材は、波長400nm〜800nmで測定される厚さ方向のレターデーション(Rth)が3,000nm以上である光透過性基材を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の防眩フィルム。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に規定の防眩フィルムを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置はノートブック用ディスプレイ装置であり、
前記防眩フィルムは前記ノートブック用ディスプレイ装置の最外郭面に位置する、請求項12に記載のディスプレイ装置。
