Abstract
Description
金属リン酸塩は、Alを含むことが好ましい。
SiおよびTiのうちの1種以上の金属は、Siであってもよい。
接着層の厚さは、0.5〜40μmであってもよい。
電磁鋼板と接着層との間に位置する酸化層をさらに含んでもよい。
酸化層は、Al、Mg、Ca、Co、Zn、Zr、およびFeのうちの1種以上の金属を1〜20重量%、Nを0.1〜10重量%、Cを0.1重量%以下、Pを10〜40重量%、SiおよびTiのうちの1種以上の金属を5〜30重量%含み、残りはOからなることが好ましい。
酸化層は、酸化層の断面面積に対して、気孔が占める面積の分率が10%以下であってもよい。
気孔の平均直径は、酸化層の厚さの20%以下であってもよい。
酸化層の厚さは、10〜500nmであってもよい。
また、電磁鋼板の間に形成される接着層内の気孔を制御して、電磁鋼板間の接着力を向上させることができる。
さらに、溶接、クランピング、インターロッキングなど既存の締結方法を使用せずに、電磁鋼板を接着することができ、電磁鋼板製品の磁性がより向上するという効果を奏する。
接着コーティング組成物を、下記表1に示す。無機ナノ粒子の大きさは、平均30nmである。
接着コーティング組成物を、下記表3に示す。接着コーティング組成物を除いては上述の実験例1と同様に実施した。

Claims (13)
- 全体固形分100重量%を基準にして、
平均粒径が10〜300nmである樹脂を20〜40重量%、
前記樹脂と結合された無機ナノ粒子を10〜35重量%、
金属リン酸塩を10〜30重量%、および
リン酸を10〜40重量%含み、
前記無機ナノ粒子は、SiO2およびTiO2のうちの1種以上を含み、
前記金属リン酸塩は、Al、Mg、Ca、Co、Zn、Zr、およびFeのうちの1種以上の金属を含むことを特徴とする電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。 - 前記無機ナノ粒子は、SiO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 前記金属リン酸塩は、Alを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板接着コーティング組成物。
- 複数の電磁鋼板、および
前記複数の電磁鋼板の間に位置する接着層を含み、
前記接着層は、Al、Mg、Ca、Co、Zn、Zr、およびFeのうちの1種以上の金属を0.5〜30重量%、Nを0.1〜10重量%、Cを0.1〜5重量%、Pを1〜30重量%、SiおよびTiのうちの1種以上の金属を10〜30重量%含み、残りはOからなり、
前記接着層は、接着層の断面面積に対して、気孔が占める面積の分率が10〜70%であり、前記気孔の平均直径は前記接着層の厚さの20%以下であることを特徴とする電磁鋼板製品。 - 前記Al、Mg、Ca、Co、Zn、Zr、およびFeのうちの1種以上の金属は、Alであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記SiおよびTiのうちの1種以上の金属は、Siであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.5〜40μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記電磁鋼板と前記接着層との間に位置する酸化層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記酸化層は、Al、Mg、Ca、Co、Zn、Zr、およびFeのうちの1種以上の金属を1〜20重量%、Nを0.1〜10重量%、Cを0.1重量%以下、Pを10〜40重量%、SiおよびTiのうちの1種以上の金属を5〜30重量%含み、残りはOからなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記酸化層は、前記酸化層の断面面積に対して、気孔が占める面積の分率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記酸化層の厚さは、10〜500nmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 前記気孔の平均直径は、前記酸化層の厚さの20%以下であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁鋼板製品。
- 請求項1に記載された接着コーティング組成物を準備する段階と、
前記接着コーティング組成物を電磁鋼板の表面にコーティングした後、硬化させて接着コーティング層を形成する段階と、
前記接着コーティング層が形成された複数の電磁鋼板を積層し、熱融着して熱融着層を形成する段階と、
熱融着された電磁鋼板製品を応力除去焼鈍して接着層を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする電磁鋼板製品の製造方法。
