Claims (13)
- 特に基板、プリント基板、ウェハ、太陽電池、キャリア基板、印刷テーブル、キャリアプレート、焼結プレート等に3次元に成形される構造体を印刷するための印刷装置(2)用のスクリーンユニット(19)であって、該スクリーンユニット(19)が、少なくとも1つの印刷スクリーン(11)を支持するフレーム(18)を有していて、前記印刷装置(2)のスクリーン収容部(10)内に配置されて、印刷用コンパウンドが補充され、印刷工程を実施するためにスキージ(21)により押圧されるように構成されている、スクリーンユニット(19)において、
前記スクリーンユニット(19)が、前記フレーム(18)内にまたは前記フレーム(18)において、交換スキージとして形成された前記スキージ(21)のための少なくとも1つの保持装置(20)を有していることを特徴とする、スクリーンユニット(19)。 - 前記保持装置(20)が、前記スキージ(21)を配置することができるスキージ収容部(24)を有している、請求項1に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 前記スキージ(21)が、保持区分(23)およびスキージ区分(26)を有していて、前記保持装置(20)が、前記スキージ(21)を単に前記保持区分(23)においてのみ保持するように構成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 前記保持装置(20)が、切欠き(25)を有していて、該切欠き(25)に、前記スキージ区分(26)が特に接触しないように配置可能である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 前記切欠き(25)が、前記フレーム(18)に凹設部または貫通部として形成されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 前記スキージ(21)が、前記印刷装置(2)用の交換接続部(27)を有している、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 前記交換接続部(27)が、前記印刷装置の印刷ヘッドに前記スキージを係止するための少なくとも1つの係止手段を有している、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のスクリーンユニット。
- 特に基板、プリント基板、ウェハ、太陽電池、キャリア基板、印刷テーブル、キャリアプレート、焼結プレート等に3次元に成形される構造体を印刷するための少なくとも1つの印刷装置(2)を備えた印刷システム(1)であって、前記印刷装置(2)が、スキージ(21)を対応配置することができるスキージ装置(9)を備えた印刷ヘッド(8)と、少なくとも1つのスクリーンユニット(19)を収容するためのスクリーン収容部(10)とを有している、印刷システム(1)において、
前記スクリーンユニット(19)が、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のように構成されていて、前記スキージ装置(9)用の交換接続部(27)を備えたスキージ(21)を有していることを特徴とする、印刷システム(1)。 - 前記スキージ装置(9)が、前記保持装置(20)から前記スキージを取り外すかもしくは前記保持装置(20)内に前記スキージを置くための、かつ印刷工程を実施するための装置(30)を有している、請求項8に記載の印刷システム。
- 複数のスクリーンユニット(19)が存在している、請求項8または請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- スクリーンマガジン(3)が設けられていて、該スクリーンマガジン(3)が、それぞれ1つのスクリーンユニット(19)を収容するための複数のスクリーン貯蔵部(14)を有していて、前記スクリーンユニット(19)が、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)内に貯蔵されている、請求項8から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記スクリーンマガジン(3)が、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)内の雰囲気を調整しかつ維持するためのコンディショニング装置(23)を有していて、該コンディショニング装置(23)により、スクリーンユニット(19)上に残っている印刷用コンパウンドの乾燥が阻止されている、請求項8から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
- 選択された1つのスクリーンユニット(19)を前記スクリーンマガジン(3)から取り出し、前記印刷装置(2)の前記スクリーン収容部(10)内に配置し、前記スクリーン収容部(10)から取り出し、前記スクリーンマガジン(3)内に配置するように構成されている搬送装置(4)が設けられている、請求項8から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の印刷システム。
