Claims (5)
- エンジンのシリンダブロックの一側面に設けられるクランクプーリと補機プーリとに巻き掛けられるベルトの張力を自動的に調整するオートテンショナの取付構造であって、
前記オートテンショナは、前記シリンダブロックの一側面にブラケットを介して取り付けられており、
前記オートテンショナは、前記ベルトに押圧されるテンションプーリと、前記テンションプーリを回転自在に支持しかつ前記ブラケットに揺動可能に支持されるアームと、前記アームの所定位置を支点として前記ベルトに対する前記テンションプーリの押圧力を調整するように前記アームと前記ブラケットとに支持される油圧式アクチュエータと、を備え、
前記油圧式アクチュエータは、前記シリンダブロックの一側面においてウォータポンプより外側に配置されていることを特徴とするオートテンショナの取付構造。 - 請求項1に記載のオートテンショナの取付構造において、
前記油圧式アクチュエータは、直動シリンダとされており、
前記アームの長手方向の一端側には、前記テンションプーリが支持されており、
前記アームの長手方向の他端側には、前記油圧式アクチュエータの伸縮方向の一端側が支持されており、
前記アームの長手方向の中間部位は、前記ブラケットに支軸を介して揺動可能に支持されており、
前記油圧式アクチュエータの伸縮方向の他端側が前記ブラケットの所定部位に支持されていることを特徴とするオートテンショナの取付構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のオートテンショナの取付構造において、
前記ブラケットには、前記油圧式アクチュエータの所定以上の伸びを制限するためのストッパが設けられていることを特徴とするオートテンショナの取付構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のオートテンショナの取付構造において、
前記ブラケットと前記アームとには、前記アームの揺動角度を示す目盛と、当該目盛を指し示す指示部とが振り分けて設けられていることを特徴とするオートテンショナの取付構造。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のオートテンショナの取付構造において、
前記ブラケットには、前記アームの揺動角度を制限するための支え具が挿入される作業用孔が設けられており、
前記アームには、前記支え具に当接される当接部が設けられていることを特徴とするオートテンショナの取付構造。
