本実施例では、強化繊維糸としてガラス繊維糸を用い、樹脂組成物としてエポキシ樹脂組成物を用いて繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体を製造した。
本実施例では、強化繊維糸として、平均繊維径14.0μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて構成されたガラス繊維糸(繊維径D=14.0μm、重量T=800tex)を用い、給糸装置に該ガラス繊維糸1本を設置し、巻きつけ時の張力を1.5kgとした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、外径24mm、内径20mm、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが59.6%の繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。本実施例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体において、T1/4×V/D3=0.116であった。
本実施例では、巻きつけ時の張力を0.3kgとした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、外径24mm、内径20mm、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが60.8%の繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。本実施例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体において、T1/4×V/D3の値は、0.113であった。
本実施例では、巻きつけ時の張力を1.5kgとした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、外径24mm、内径20mm、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが69.8%の繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。本実施例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体において、T1/4×V/D3=0.130であった。
本実施例では、巻きつけ時の張力を0kgとした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、外径24mm、内径20mm、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが58.5%の繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。本実施例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体において、T1/4×V/D3=0.109であった。
本実施例では、強化繊維糸1としてガラス繊維糸を用い、強化繊維糸2として炭素繊維糸を用い、樹脂組成物としてエポキシ樹脂組成物を用いて繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体を製造した。
本比較例では、強化繊維糸として、平均繊維径17.0μmのガラスフィラメントが2000本集束されて構成されたガラス繊維糸(繊維径D=17.0μm、重量T=1150tex)を用い、給糸装置に該ガラス繊維糸1本を設置し、巻きつけ時の張力を1.5kgとした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、外径24mm、内径20mm、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが58.6%の繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。本比較例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体において、T1/4×V/D3=0.069であった。
本実施例では、強化繊維糸としてガラス繊維糸を用い、樹脂組成物としてエポキシ樹脂組成物を用いて繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体を製造した。
本実施例では、上端部に前記テーパ―部を全く設けない以外は、実施例7と全く同一にしてエネルギー吸収部材を作成した。
本実施例では、強化繊維糸として、平均繊維径13.0μmのガラスフィラメントが800本集束されて構成されたガラス繊維糸(繊維径D=13.0μm、重量T=280tex)を用い、給糸装置に該ガラス繊維糸2本を設置した以外は、実施例7と全く同一にして、外径105mm、内径100mmの繊維強化中空円筒体を得た。実施例で得られた繊維強化中空円筒体は、ガラス繊維糸の体積含有率Vが66.7%であり、T1/4×V/D3=0.124であった。
Claims (5)
- 強化繊維糸と、該強化繊維糸に含浸された樹脂組成物とで構成される繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体からなるシャフト材であって、
前記強化繊維糸の繊維径Dが10.0〜18.0μmの範囲にあり、前記強化繊維糸の重量Tが100〜1500texの範囲にあり、前記繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体における前記強化繊維糸の体積含有率Vが40.0〜80.0%の範囲にあり、
前記D、T及びVが下記式(1)を満たし、
前記強化繊維糸が、400〜8000本のフィラメントが集束された強化繊維糸であり、
前記繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体の最大せん断応力が300MPa以上であり、かつ、前記繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体のせん断弾性率が11.0GPa以上であって、
前記繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体がフィラメントワインディング成形品であることを特徴とする、シャフト材。
0.090≦T1/4×V/D3≦0.155・・・(1) - 請求項1記載のシャフト材において、前記Dが10.5〜16.0μmの範囲にあり、前記Tが150〜1100texの範囲にあり、前記Vが55.0〜75.0%の範囲にあり、前記D、T及びVが下記式(2)を満たすことを特徴とするシャフト材。
0.111≦T1/4×V/D3≦0.127・・・(2) - 請求項2記載のシャフト材において、前記D、T及びVが、下記式(3)を満たすことを特徴とするシャフト材。
0.115≦T1/4×V/D3≦0.125・・・(3) - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のシャフト材において、前記Dが、12.0〜15.0μmの範囲にあり、前記Tが350〜950texの範囲にあり、前記Vが57.5〜70.0%の範囲にあることを特徴とするシャフト材。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のシャフト材において、複数の前記強化繊維糸が、前記繊維強化樹脂中空円筒体中で螺旋状にかつ互いに交差する方向に配設されていることを特徴とするシャフト材。
