Abstract
Description
図1から図10は、本発明の一実施例に係る内燃機関の吸気ダクトを示す図である。図1から図10において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の吸気ダクトを基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図3、図5において、矢印Aiは空気の流れを示し、矢印Gは、塵または水等の異物の流れを示す。
Claims (4)
- 車両前方に開口し、車両の前方から空気を取り入れる上流側空気取入部を有する上流側ダクト部と、
前記上流側ダクト部に連結され、前記上流側ダクト部に取り入れられた空気を内燃機関に送る下流側ダクト部と、
前記上流側ダクト部の内部に設けられ、前記上流側ダクト部に取り入れられた空気の一部を下方に案内するガイド部と、
前記上流側ダクト部の底壁または前記下流側ダクト部の底壁の少なくとも一方に開口され、前記ガイド部によって下方に案内された空気を前記下流側ダクト部の外部に排出する下側排出部とを備え、
前記下流側ダクト部は、前記上流側ダクト部の車両幅方向一方側に偏った位置に取付けられており、
前記上流側ダクト部の車両幅方向他方側に、前記上流側ダクト部から車両後方に空気を排出する空気排出口が設けられており、
前記下流側ダクト部は、車両幅方向に開口する下流側空気取入部を有し、前記下流側空気取入部は、前記空気排出口の近傍に設けられていることを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気ダクト。 - 前記上流側ダクト部は、前記上流側ダクト部の車両幅方向他方側に設けられ、車両前後方向に延びる第1の壁部と、前記第1の壁部から車両幅方向に屈曲して車両幅方向一方側に延び、前記下流側ダクト部に連絡される第2の壁部とを有し、
前記下流側ダクト部は、前記第2の壁部から屈曲して車両後方に延びる第3の壁部を有し、
前記空気排出口が前記第2の壁部に形成され、
前記下流側空気取入部が前記第3の壁部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気ダクト。 - 前記下流側ダクト部は、前記下流側空気取入部の上方から前記空気排出口の側に突出し、車両の前後方向で前記空気排出口と並んで設置されるカバー部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内燃機関の吸気ダクト。
- 前記下側排出部は、前記ガイド部の後端の近傍から後方に向い、前記下流側空気取入部の車両幅方向の側方まで開口していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の吸気ダクト。
