Description
また、特許文献2に記載された積層鉄心製造金型装置では、被打ち抜き金属板88を保持する部材を備えていないので、安定して操業することができない。
さらに、特許文献3に記載された薄板材の打抜き装置では、薄板材94の幅方向全体は保持されているが、薄板材94の搬送方向には保持部材が配置されていない箇所があり、薄板材94を安定して保持することができない。
帯状薄鋼板2に対して途切れることなく接着剤が塗布されるのではなく、図1において、上金型4を下金型5に向かって下降させて帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングに同期させて、帯状薄鋼板2に対して接着剤が塗布される。すなわち、図3に示すように、打ち抜き以外のタイミングでは、帯状薄鋼板2と、接着剤容器8の上面およびリフトピン9の先端との間には所定の間隔(数mm程度)が設けられている。そして、図1において、帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングでは、上金型4が下金型5に向かって下降することで帯状薄鋼板2は下金型5側に向けて押圧されるので、図4に示すように、帯状薄鋼板2の下面が接着剤容器8の上面に当接する。タンク7に貯留されて所定の圧力で供給される接着剤はホース7a及び接着剤溜まり19を経て常時吐出孔18から吐出される。接着剤容器8の上面と吐出孔18の先端との上下方向の距離は不変であって、打ち抜き時に接着剤容器8の上面に当接する帯状薄鋼板2の下面と吐出孔18の先端との距離は一定であるから、吐出孔18上に盛り上がっている接着剤はほぼ定量である。従って、ほぼ定量の接着剤を帯状薄鋼板2の下面に塗布することができる。

Claims (7)
- 接着剤塗布装置によって接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を金型において所定形状に打ち抜くことによって得た鉄心を積層する積層鉄心の製造装置であって、帯状薄鋼板を下方から保持するための保持手段を金型内に有することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 保持手段は帯状薄鋼板を幅方向と送り方向にわたって下方から保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗布部分以外の部分を保持するように、保持手段は帯状薄鋼板の送り方向に溝部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 帯状薄鋼板の打ち抜き工程が複数からなり、当該複数の打ち抜き工程の各金型に帯状薄鋼板の保持手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 帯状薄鋼板の保持手段が複数に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 金型以外の場所に接着剤塗布装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 接着剤塗布装置によって接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を金型において所定形状に打ち抜くことによって得た鉄心を積層する積層鉄心の製造方法であって、接着剤塗布装置と、帯状薄鋼板を下方から保持するための保持手段とを有し、接着剤塗布装置によって接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を上記保持手段上を移動させて金型において所定形状に打ち抜いた後、帯状薄鋼板を所定形状に打ち抜くことによって得た鉄心を積層することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。
